(Hey, so before I start the story I want to apologize for not updating anything for so long. I've been busy with school, exams, mental health and tons more- I'll try and get back into the rhythm of writing again. For now, enjoy the chapter :).

Felix's ears flick cautiously at the sound of leaves blowing in the wind, muscles tense as he perched on a tree branch, blanketed by the darkness. His black fur helped him blend in, his classical, and very stereotypical to vampires, cape helped hide the other colours on his body. His black eyes watched with desire the one he loved; (y/n) (l/n). He didn't think anything at first glance, but decided against his original idea of using her for his meal. He didn't know why- but got a hint when the female couldn't escape his mind.
That was ten months ago- (y/n) and himself had only interacted a handful of times, but every night he would observe her from the shadows, making sure his love was safe.
His ambition is to make sure she stays out of harms way- and he is pretty good at that. He hasn't hesitated to take drastic actions. He has spilled blood for her- even if she is clueless.
Felix is pulled from his daze by a voice calling out "I can see you, you know".
His eyes widen, meeting the (e/c) eyes of his desired one. He hesitantly uncovered his face, looking at (y/n) as an awkward silence washes over the two.
"Would you care to come in?" The (h/c) haired girl asks with a smile that melted Felix's heart.
He eagerly jumped through the window, straightening out his clothing, looking around the room- the first time he's ever been there.
"What were you watching me for, Felix?" (Y/n) asks, sitting on her bed.
"I...was making sure you were okay" Felix answers, ears lowering shyly.
(Y/n) giggles, Felix's cheeks tinting pink by the noise, a goofy grin on his face, "that's very nice of you".
"Well, I like to consider myself a nice fellow" Felix boasts.
"Coming from a vampire".
"You're a neko".
"Touche".
Felix chuckles, standing infront of (y/n), gently tapping her nose, "you know...I think you're very pretty".
(Y/n)'s face turns red, but refused to move her eyes away from Felix's, finding them mesmerising, "you're...not too bad yourself, dear".
Felix chuckles, grabbing her chin and pressing his forehead against hers, tail swaying happily, "dear? That's new".
"Shut up".
"No, I like it. Continue~" Felix purrs, burying his face into the crook of (y/n)'s neck.
She shudders slightly, ears pinning back, "F- Felix...".
"I've liked you for awhile now, (y/n)" Felix admits, running his fingers through the (h/c) locks of hair the female owned, "you're fascinating and gorgeous. I really love you".
(Y/n) hummed happily, heart skipping a beat, a smile on her face, "I'm glad...I love you too".
"Well- in that case" Felix smirks, sinking his fangs into (y/n)'s neck without warning, making her yelp in pain and surprise.
"F- Felix!".
Felix soon pulls away, licking away the blood that seeped out from the bite mark he just left before drawing back, smiling adoringly at (y/n), her blood trickling down from his fangs.
(Y/n) flushed red, but before she could ask the feline what he just did, he kisses her softly and exits through the window.
(Y/n) sat there for a moment before lifting her hand to soothingly rub the mark she had received, everything piecing together slowly. She was sure she would be seeing Felix a whole lot more now. After all, she is now marked by him
