Ink Monster Bendy x Reader

(Y/n) pov

"(Y/n)!!!" A happy voice cheers, catching my attention. I quickly turn, only to get tackled into a tight embrace by Bendy. I hug him back just as tightly, relishing having him back and safe, "I'm so glad you're okay!! I thought you'd be hurt!". He shakes his head and pulls away, inspecting me for any sort of injuries, "you're not hurt, though, are you?". "Bendy, I'm fine, its okay" I smile comfortingly, causing him to sigh in relief. "When you're done we have a quest to finish!" I hear Cuphead yell from not too far away, his tone angry and impatient. Bendy rolls his eyes, grumbling to himself as he turns on his heels and walks over to the others, who were waiting for us. I blush softly and shyly follow behind the demon.
"So, uh, where to next?" Bendy asks, placing his hands on his hips and looking up to his brother. "The map says we have to head that, but the path is blocked" Boris frowns, motioning to a wall constructed with boulders. "In that case, lets get these rocks outta the way!" Bendy declares, pushing up his sleeves as he prepared himself to pick a rock literally twice his size, a confident smile on his face. I gave an unsure look, mainly worried that he'd hurt himself, while Cuphead mocked him. But we're surprised when Bendy managed to lift up the rock with ease, seemingly using little effort. I was amazed at his strength, byt before I could comment, Boris says "but that'll take ages, Bendy!". "Cups and I will clear the path!" Mugman beams, earning a shocked glare from Cuphead, who was unsure on the matter. Bendy drops the rock he was holding, dusting himself off and stepping back, "go for it".
After struggling to get Cuphead to cooperate, Mugman ended up blasting away the boulders himself, a little worn out from all the energy he used, but proud of himself and enjoying all the praise he got. And so we pressed on. I walked to Bendy's side, commenting "I didn't know you were so strong, Bendy! That was amazing!". "You're interested in strong men then, aye?" He teases, winking and flexing his muscles. I blush but quickly look away, giggling slightly, "you wish, shortie...". "Made you blush!" He taunts, causing my face to redden more. But before I could say anything back, Felix stops us all in our tracks, shushing us all. In the midst of the silence, we hear a crunching noise, like something was eating. A shiver ran down my spine, an eerie feeling washing over me. I knew this wasn't good.
We slowly crept forward, soon spotting a giant figure. A mermaid, eating one of those boulder spiders and minding her own buisness. "How do we get past it?" Cuphead questions, an uneasy expression on his usually stoic face. "I don't think we have to get past it.....the piece is inside its head" Boris says, his ears lowering in fear. "Are you kidding?" I question, knowing there is no chance we could do this, even with Felix's experience, Cuphead and Mugman's powers and Bendy's new found strength.

Before another word could be said, the mermaid let out a loud screech, reaching for Cuphead who froze up in fear. Felix was quick and shoved a dagger into her hand, causing her to reel back in pain. And so a battle commensed. Well, it wasn't really a battle, more of us trying not to get killed and running around like idiots.
I huff quietly, hiding behind a rock to catch my breath. So much was going on and I couldn't handle it. I just wanted everyone safe and I wanted this quest to be over.
Once slightly calmer, I push myself to my feet, narrowly missing a boulder that was thrown at me. I look up, meeting eyes with the mermaid, who screeched and made an attempt to grab me. Before it could, a blur ran infront of it and clawed at its face, causing it to hiis and back away. The blur dropped infront of me, standing straight. It was a tall figure, taller than Cuphead, ink trickling down its body, its clothes seemingly too small for it. It turns its head, looking at me with dead eyes. I yelp and step back, hitting a wall, shaking with fear. The thing slowly took a step closer, when I realised something after looking deeper into its eyes. "B..bendy...?". He nods, stepping closer, asking in a demented voice, "are you okay?". I nod, taking in his new appearance, "w..what happened to you?". He shrugs, frowning slightly. I knew this had something to do with his illness, and I couldn't help but tear up at this, scared I was getting closer to losing him. He noticed my tears, so he knelt down to get to my height, resting his hand on my cheek and gently wiping away the tears with a sharp, claw like finger. I look into his eyes, his pupils serpent like, looking right back at me with sympathy. "I'll be okay, (n/n). Its nothing to worry about" he says, smiling softly, revealing his sharp teeth. "B..but- but what if this is it?" I choke out through tears. He bites his bottom lip in a moments thought, then leaned closer with a smirk, "if that's the case, then this is my last chance". With that, he pushes his lips against mine, catching me off guard, but I soon melt into the sudden kiss, feeling better he was with me now. He soon pulls away, running his hand through my (h/l) (h/c) hair, a gentle smile on his face, "I love you, okay? Stay safe while I deal with that thing". With that he's off, taunting and tackling the mermaid.

Bendy pov

I woke up in a coughing fit, feeling weak and tired, ink covering my body. I squint my eyes open, seeing Boris' tearful and smiling face. "B..boris...?" I mutter out in a hoarse voice. He smiles more and hugs me tightly, as if if he let me go i'd disappear. "W..what- Boris, are you okay?" I question, caught off guard. He nods, holding me at arms length, "I was so worried about you!". "W..why? What happened?" I question, propping myself up and looking around, surprised when I spot the mermaid, yet only its head, and Cuphead and (y/n) trying their best to divert it, "w..when did that happen?!?". My outburst caught the attention of (y/n), who quickly sprinted up to me and tackled me into a tight hug, burrying her face into the crook of my neck, letting tears fall from her eyes. I wrap my arms around her comfortingly, gently running my fingers through her hair to calm her down, "what's gotten into you?". "I was just so scared, e..especially seeing you in that other form, I..I thought you'd-" I cut her off, "wait, wait, wait, other form?". "You don't remember?" Felix asks as (y/n) pulls away from me to look me in the eyes. I shake my head, furrowing my brow in confusion, "I have zero clue what you mean by 'other form'". "So you....don't remember anything that happened with the mermaid...o..or before?" (Y/n) asks sheepishly, her gaze sad. "All I remember is seeing the mermaid getting shot by Mugs...a..and then I had an ink attack, and the rest is black" I say, trying my best to remember whatever I was being told I had been. "So you don't remember anything said?" (Y/n) asks, looking heart broken when I shook my head in response. She sighs quietly, smiling sadly, "w..well, atleast you're okay". I frown, "are you okay?". She nods, standing up and away from me, "I'm fine...now lets help Mugman". I could tell something was wrong, maybe I did something wrong while I was in that so called 'other form'. But it seems like its something different than that, why won't she tell me?
