Cuphead pov

Mugs and I were walking around town. We entered some sort of coffee shop. All the tables were filled up. Mugs groaned when he saw this. He's had a long day and needed to have a rest. I looked around and saw a young female coming up to us. "Excuse me" she says, catching mugs' attention. "You can have my table" she smiled. "Um, are you sure. Cause you don't have too" mugs says. She nodded. "No, it's fine. I was about to leave anyway" she gave me a quick glance and that made my heart stop for a moment. "W..well, if you insist" mugs says, walking up to the table. I looked into her (e/c) eyes, and she smiled. She sent a blush to my face but I hid it in my scarf. She giggled and left. I stared in awe. "Cups!!" Mugs yelled, snapping me out of my trance. I walked up to him and sat at the table. Mugs was about to say something, but a waitress came up to us. "Would you like anything gentlemen?" She asked. Mugs hid his irritation, quite well actually. "Yeah, could I get some coffee please" mugs says. The waitress wrote it down in a little notebook and looked at me. "and for you?" She asked. "Just water, please" I smile. She wrote it down, nodded and walked away. Mugs sighed. "It sure was nice of that lady to offer is her seat" I say, sorting out my scarf. Mugs smiled. "Yeah".

~time skip~

(Y/n) pov

I was being thanked for helping people, yet again. I smiled and left them. I've always been a nice person. I've gotten even nicer as I've grown up. People say I'm over the top, but I'm just being myself. As I walked past an ally, someone grabbed my arm and pulled me to them. (Cliche moment). I screamed but it was soon muffled by a hand over my mouth. Both my hands were pinned behind my back. I tried to shake away, but nothing worked. "You're not going anywhere little lady" it was a man. He chuckled. I gave more muffled screams. Then, I did something I'd never done. I kicked him where the sun don't shine and freed myself. I tried to make a run, but ended up being pinned to the wall with a dagger to my throat. Tears filled my eyes and I prepared for the worst. I closed my eyes and waited. I heard a gun shot. My eyes sprung open. The dagger was lowered, but I was still pinned. "I recommend you release her" a male says, followed by footsteps. "And if I don't" the creep says, placing the cold dagger on my neck. I attempted to turn my neck to see my saveour, but the dagger pieced my skin so I just imagined. "Then you'll have to deal with me" he says. The creep chuckled, but it soon stopped as a light blue light lured. The creeps eyes widened and he dropped me, running away. I grabbed at my neck and gasped for air. I heard footsteps run towards me. "Are you ok?!" The male asked urgently. "Y.. yes" I say, my voice scratchy. I saw an arm extend I front of me. I took it and stood up. I looked at them. It was the cup I offered my seat too. "Hello again" I smile. He smiled. I took in his appearance. He had blonde hair that spilled over his eye, red eyes, a red nose, a red and white bendy straw, a red scarf, a grey shirt and red jeans. I smiled and hugged him. "thanks!" I exclaimed as he hugged back.

Cuphead pov

I felt my face imediatly turn red as soon as she hugged me. It didn't stop me from hugging back though. "I hope you're ok" I mumble. We brake the hug and she smiles. I had enough time to take in her appearance, so I did. She had long/short (h/l) (h/c) hair, (e/c) eyes, a plain white t-shirt and some jeans. "I'm cuphead" I say, my cheeks tinting pink. "I'm (y/n)" she smiled.  "Let's get out of this ally" I say and she nods. We began to walk, side by side. I then saw mugs running up to me. He embraced me in a hug, then held me by the shoulders. "Cuppy! Don't you dare! Run off again!!" He yelled right in my face, and hugged me again. I heard (y/n)  snickering"Ok, mugs" I say. He soon let me go. Then, (y/n) caught his attention. "Hey, it's you.. thanks again" mug smiled. (y/n) smiled. "It's nothing!" She says. "So, cuppy. Why are you with her?" Mugs asked. "Long story short, I saved her!" I smile.

3rd pov

(Y/n) has become friends with cuphead and mugman. Meeting Boris, bendy and Mickey as well. Cuphead has began to develop feelings for her. The level of crimes and violence has increased. Mugs, knowing the way his brother feels for the (h/c) haired girl, wants her to stay with them. Where it's safe. (Y/n) accepted the offer, for she too has feelings for cups and wants to stay with him. Eventually, there was a time when (y/n) and cuphead were alone together. (Y/n) was too shy and flustered to say anything. And cuphead thinking of many different scenarios that could happen. They just sat down next to each other, not saying a word. The silence got overwhelming. Cuphead sighed. "(Y/n)?" He says as (y/n) turns towards him. "Yes cups?" She asked. Cuphead went silent for a moment. He looked towards (y/n). Starring deep into her (e/c) eyes. "Well, I've always had this sort of....... spark. When I think of you" cuphead stopped, not waiting for or wanting a reply. "What I'm trying to say is..." He got cut off by (y/n) finishing his scentence "you love me?" She smiled at the cup. Cuphead was shocked for a second, but smiled. "Y..yes. I hope you except my feelings" he says looking at his feet. (Y/n) was silent. She was flattered and didn't know what to say. This made cuphead think she didn't agree. "I..I'm sorry! I'll just leave" he was about to stand, but (y/n) grabbed his arm and pulled him closer. Both their faces were as red as a tomato. (y/n) pressed her lips against his. Cup melted into the kiss, closing his eyes in the meantime. They shared a long and passionate kiss. They released. (Y/n) smiled and cups. "I love you too, cuppy" she says. Cups face filled with joy. They hugged. "I'll never let anything happen to you" cup whispers into her ears.
