Truth

Carina's POV

"Carina" said Maya as she tried to escape my grip

"Just breathe okay" I said smiling softly

"sorry" she nodded and I looked at her "might have lost it again"

"just... just breathe" I said not wanting to make her feel bad as I hugged her and she tightly hugged me back

As we both walked back to the living room my phone went on 911 page

"I've gotta rush" I said as I rushed to grab my purse and out I went through the door

Maya's POV

Argh, I was exhausted, now I was mad. Great.

I never would have imagined she'd been having this awful grades, I would have done somthing otherwise.

I walked over to my bathroom and had a shower at least to wash off the day and before walking back into the living room I knocked on Mia's room and walked inside

She was on her desk writting some kind of essay on her laptop

"hey" I said as I walked in and grabbed a chair sitting next to her

She looked up from the computer and took her glasses of turning to me

"you know you can keep them on" I said and she nodded not saying a word

"I'm sorry, for loosing it before" I said "It just, it took me by surpirse, I thought you had the school situation under control" I said

"I really thought I did" she said and I nodded

"but, there's gotta be some changes" I said "and they have to be now" I said and she nodded

I handed her her keys again and she looked at me confused

"taking this away from you is not the solution" I said

"thanks" she said "and I'm really sorry" she said

"I know" I smiled softly as I walked out of the room and she carried on working on her paper

As I walked out of her room my phone buzzed

"hey" I said surprised

"hi bella" said Carina in a rush "I'm sorry, your car was trapping mine, I took yours and just realized I have my car keys here" she said

"so, I'm carless" I laughed

"I'm sorry" she said

"no worries, not planning on going anywhere" I said

Mia's POV

I submitted my work and looked down at my phone

Noah: you alive? ;)

I smiled and texted back

Mia: I'm somehow alive...

Noah: uh, that bad it went?

Mia: could have been worst... I think

Noah: hahah, when are we seeing eachother again?

Mia: got a match on Saturday

Noah: I'll be there :)

Before I could answer that text I heard Maya calling for me. I rushed out of my room and into the living room to find her putting her coat on

"what's up?" I asked confused

"I need you to drive me over the station. The Chief is dropping some papers now I gotta go sign" she said in a hurry.
