The Girl

Maya's POV

"Maya" said Carina laughing "go sleep. It's late" she said kissing my cheek

"I will" I said turning around to face her "I will"

"Maya you're working tomorrow morning. I'm not. I'll stay up and wake you once she's here" she smiled and kissed I her cheek "sleep Bella"

I nodded and turned around as she placed her hands round my waist and kissed my cheek

Mia's POV
I walked outside and found Noah standing next to his car looking as cute as ever.

"Good night" he smiled as he looked at me "you look amazing"

"Thank you." I smiled and kissed his cheek "you look good yourself" I said and he smiled as he opened the door to his car as I hopped in and he closed the door getting inside.

"The rest of them are already heading over to the bar" he smiled as she started the car and drove the car.

After some minutes we arrived to the bar and he rushed out to open my door

"Thanks" I smiled blushing a bit as he placed a kiss on my cheek

"Course" he said as we walked in together to find the whole gang sitting in a table.

"Hey" he smiled to everyone as we sat down on the table next to each other and I felt his hand round my waist.

A waiter came over to take our order "hey, what are you two having?" He asked

"Two beers please" said Noah and I was way too distracted to stop the order since his friends were cracking jokes

"Here you go" said the waiter as he came back with the beers and Noah cracked them open

"Thanks" I smiled not wanting to reject it.

After some beers his friends left and it was just him and me.

"I love your friends" I smiled as he laughed

"Yeah, they can be quite charming" He said "hope not as much as me tho"

"Mmm not sure" I smiled as I looked at him and he began to get closer

"Damn we're still in a bar" he laughed "two more beers here" he asked the waiter as he stood up and held out his hand for me.

As we grabbed the beers we headed outside

"You sure you're alright to drive?" I laughed

"Oh no, not planning on driving" he laughed "come" he said as we walked over to the

"Why are we at the dock?" I laughed

"Not the dock silly" he smiled "the lookout" he said as we went up the stairs and looked over to the sea.

"It's beautiful" I smiled as I turned to him

"I love this place" he said as he got closer and handed me the beer placing his arm round me

"You okay?" He smiled as looked down at me "you're freezing" he laughed as he took off his some sweater placing it round my shoulders "better?" He smiled as I nodded

"Better" I smiled looking at him

He laughed and got closer placing his arms round my waist and kissed me deeply.

Carina's POV

Maya was soundly asleep while I watched a movie as I typed teddy about a patient. Some minutes later I heard the door opening and footsteps in the kitchen

"Hey" Said Mia as she was pouring water

"Hi" I smiled "you okay?" I asked lifting an eyebrow as I saw the amount of water she was drinking

"No no no" she said putting the glass down laughing "I promise, promise. I'm okay. 100% sober" she said "I promise Carina"

I smiled and said "I trust you. I do. How did it go?" I asked

"It was really really nice" I smiled

"You look happy" I laughed as I noticed she was blushing up and decided not to get her uncomfortable "so, Maya is asleep she'll be up early so not sure you'll be awake. But she said you should go over to the station" I smiled as I headed over to my room back again

Maya's POV
Argh. Alarm again.
5am. I slowly walked out of the room careful not to wake Carina up.

"Hey" I said as I shook Mia

"What?" She asked as she took off her AirPods

"Why are you up?" I asked confused "you came back late and now you're up" I said

"Yeah. I couldn't sleep" she said

"So, you're not planning on telling me about last night?" I asked as I poured coffee

"What do you want me to tell you?" She blushed

"I spoke to Carina she said everything was alright when you came in" I said

"Oh so? Then what do you want me to..." she asked

"Argh come on, grow up" I said "I don't want you to tell me if he kissed you" I said "just the general picture"

"General picture?" She laughed "it went great" she said

"That's all I wanted to hear" I said as I finished getting my stuff. "We're having dinner at the station tonight. I'd you're free. Young lady, you should come over" I said

Mia's POV
What a night. I hate to admit it. But I was definitely falling for him. Just blindly falling in love to him.

"Morning bella" said Carina as she walked into the kitchen

"Morning" I smiled

"You look way too happy" she laughed making me chuckle

"Just...thrilled about practice" I lied

"Right..." she said "just a coincidence this matches your date last night" she smiled and I blushed up

"Well yeah, could have contributed" I said

"So. After practice, getting showered changed and everything. You could drive over to the hospital and both of us could later head over the station?" She asked

"Yeah sure" I smiled "love to see Dr. Deluca in action"

She laughed and said "aww love to see someone is thrilled about my job" she said kissing my head

I was getting really fond of Carina. She was like a sister to me now. Course at first it was hard. She was just my sister's girlfriend but now she was. Just like a sister to me.
