You knew it would happen at some point, where you would have to fight her.
You tried not to cry as the building started to crumble down and you watched her fall over
The hero's didn't understand her turmoil, they didn't understand her love for you. She however understood you where sweet and kind and you didnt like what you did, but it was how you got by.
Midnight understood that
And you both fell for each other
And while the ruble fell from the building from other hero that tried to fight you, you couldn't bring yourself to not save her
You picked her up and and fast as you could threw her out of the way as she looked at you and your tired bleeding frame
She reached out to you to try and grab your hand but it was too late
She had fallen into another hero who caught her and she cried as she reached out to you when the prices of building fell right on top of you
Your vision was blurry and you saw her break away from the hero's arms to run to you as she called out your name
When she ran to you and cupped your face you laughed a bit looking deep into her eyes
You were happy to see her face
Despite the pain your crushed body was in
It's funny though, because...
You didn't remember feeling so sleepy before the rubble fell on you.
