"I'm burning and it's because of you."
Three years ago one decision tore them apart before they even could be together. Now they meet again. With memories of the past and sweet promises of the future the world doesn't seem so bad. But the greed and...
"Too often we underesteminate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have a potential to turn the life around."

Earth stepped away from the wall, his eyes scanning the very unpleasant situation they were in. He couldn't figure out what those men could possibly want from him—he wasn't part of anything illegal and as far as he knew, his father wasn't either.
The man in the front that seemed like their leader, with short black hair and a nasty scar ranging down from his right ear to the corner of his lips, was smirking while his eyes were eyeing Mix up and down like a predator. "Did we interrupt a date?" The man looked at Earth, "you got a nice catch here, boy, I must say. How about I take him once you're dead, hmm?"
Earth's body twitched in anger, he stepped in front of Mix, turning to him for a brief second just to say, "do you remember the karate classes?" He was looking at Mix, waiting for some kind of sign that Mix did remember—it would be really helpful if he did.
Mix slightly nodded, his face stone-cold.
Earth gave him one reassuring smile and turned back to their problem, "May I know, gentlemen, who have the wish to kill me?"
The leader chuckled, "no need to be so polite, kid, you gonna die soon anyway. But because you asked so nicely—we are here to send a message and sadly, you end up being that message."
"What message?" Earth asked, his chest was feeling tight; there were too many men around for it to be an easy fight.
"I think that was enough questions. Don't you think, boys?" The leader said, loading his gun. His subordinates around him all nodded and smirked all at once looking like robots.
Earth made one step back, touching the back of Mix's hand with his fingers. "Now!" Earth whispered and in the next moment his kick send the leader to the ground and chaos ensued.
The other men screamed at once as if they were programmed to do it and jumped at both Earth and Mix. A big, heavy fist was flying right at Mix's face when he ducked his head, kicked the man in the stomach and followed it by a high knee right in the man's chin.
The man growled, holding his stomach with one hand and his chin with the other, "you bastard, come here!" The man started moving towards Mix but before he could come even remotely close a hard kick in the ribs sent him flying to the wall, where his unconscious body plopped on the dirty ground.
Earth was fighting with another man that was hanging on his back, but he turned to Mix for a second and winked, "you're welcome."
Mix rolled his eyes and picked up the gun that fell out of their leader's hand when Earth send him to the ground. He pointed the gun in the air and fired a shot.
