"I'm burning and it's because of you."
Three years ago one decision tore them apart before they even could be together. Now they meet again. With memories of the past and sweet promises of the future the world doesn't seem so bad. But the greed and...

"Mr Watthanasetsiri Pirapat, right?"
"Yes."
"How did you find out that your father, Mr Chakrii Watthanasetsiri, was doing illegal business including casinos and human trafficking to and from China?"
"I was told everything by Boss also known as a drug dealer when he kidnapped my friend and called me to come to see him."
"That is very interesting, Mr Watthanasetsiri because my question was how did you find out that your father, Mr Chakrii Watthanasetsiri was doing illegal business... but we have found out that Mr Chakrii Watthanasetsiri isn't your real father. Are you lying in front of the court?..."
"Objection!"
"....Why didn't you say that he isn't your father?"
"Objection! Argumentative!"
"Sustain."
"Alright, alright, let me ask differently, "is or is not Chakrii Watthanasetsiri your father?"
"No, he is not."
How long do you know he isn't your father?"
"Around five months."
"How did you find out that Chakrii Watthanasetsiri isn't your father?"

"They are asking so many stupid questions," Mix leaned closer to Earth's mother and quietly whispered. "What does whose son Earth has to do with all of this?"
"Let them do their job. When you were standing there, Earth wasn't complaining."
"I was there for five minutes. He is there for more than thirty already," Mix groaned.
"He is the last witness and the one who kickstarted all of this. Besides, it's my husband who is going to jail not yours, honey. Calm down."
"And you are too calm for someone whose husband is going to jail."
"That's because I wanted to see this for years. It's my dream come true," Earth's mother smiled, her eyes falling on her husband, sitting in front of her in the prison uniform, an indifferent expression on his face, as if he wasn't even there as if he wasn't about to be sent to prison most likely for the rest of his life.

When they got to the court the rain was so heavy that they could barely see in front of themselves. Now, walking out after multiple exhausting hours, the sun was up in the sky shining so brightly it was almost unbearable, but they were all happy. More than happy. It was all over. People who should have been in jail were now in jail and those who were supposed to be free were now free.
Earth had decided to personally find a good place for living for all the single mothers with their children as well as giving them enough money to go by until they would find a stable job. At first, Earth considered offering them jobs in the Watthanasetsiri chain of hotels but most of the mothers refused and Earth understood, he too would probably refuse. After all, the hotels were a place from which those mothers wanted to escape a long time ago.
Overall, things were going much better and after today they all could finally turn the page and start a new chapter. And Mix hopped that it also included Sing and the gang.
"Sing, Sing wait!" Mix ran down the stairs as they left the court, catching up with Sing before he got into his car. "Are you nuts?! Why would you lie in front of the court? You can go to jail!"
Sing leaned on his car, shrugging, "but, I didn't really lie. Since this whole mess with that guy started I barely saw anyone from the gang. So, technically I'm not involved in anything illegal...these days."
"And it better stays that way! That gang is useless anyway."
"Now, careful, buddy," Sing cocked his eyebrow, "just because you left doesn't mean it's useless now."
"Everything is useless without Mix there," Earth threw his arm around Mix's shoulders, "right, doll?"
"Two things, Pirapat," Sing groaned, "one: you are wrong! And two: don't call him a doll in front of me..eww."
Earth smirked, "Anyway, I and my doll will go on a date and you should go home."
Mix turned to Earth with excitement so bright that it could almost rival the sun, "we are having a date?"
"Hmm, now we do," Earth kissed Mix's temple and took his hand, "let's go sit down by the river, I want to talk."
Mix frowned but there was still that lightness present in the way he walked, "Don't say it like that. It never ends well when someone says it."
Earth smiled, "I'm sure you want to hear what I'm gonna say."
"Then say it now!"
"No," Earth grinned.
Mix smacked his shoulder, "see, that's why you are and always will be annoying!"
"We'll see if you say the same after I tell you," Earth winked and squeezed Mix's hand tighter, leaving their mothers to go home alone.
The afternoon sun was nice, kissing their skin and warming the ground enough so they felt a comforting warmth when they sat down on the concrete next to the Chao Phraya River.
Earth closed his eyes, letting the air gently brush over his skin and the noises of the hectic city disappear from his consciousness. Only him, Mix, and the river; that was a nice combination. Earth wanted to sit with Mix by the river all around the world, not only here in Bangkok. What about Soul? London? San Francisco? Toronto? Cairo? Or Paris? Would the air brush over their skin differently there and the sun be less or more warm?
Maybe it was time to find out.
"What do you think, how's the weather in Soul?"
Mix lightly chuckled, "well, I don't know. I guess...colder than here. Why?"
"Wanna find out then?" Earth asked and opened his eyes to focus only on his beautiful boyfriend in front of him.
Mix narrowed his eyes and leaned closer to Earth, "do you want me to take out my phone or do you mean that we are going there for real? With you one never knows."
Earth threw his head to the back and laughed, "I remember you said you want to travel. You didn't mention the entire world but why not? I'll be fun, what do you say, babydoll?"
"You said babydoll," Mix said carefully, "you are for real FOR REAL."
Earth leaned in and pecked Mix's lips, "well, of course, I'm for real FOR REAL, babydoll. I promised you that we would travel so here I am asking you if you want to go now..."
Mix's eyes went wide, "now? Like right now? And what about our restaurant?"
"Your mom is obsessed with it, she is there basically 24/7," Earth chuckled.
"I'm going to miss it," Mix pouted.
"We'll go visit the restaurant before we leave," Earth brushed off a strand of hair that fell into Mix's eyes, "we can go in a couple of days, not right now. I mean, of course, only if you want to go."
Mix gently smiled and hugged Earth tightly, "with you...anywhere."
To be continued...
