"Vulnerability is the birthplace of connection and the path to the feeling of worthiness. If it doesn't feel vulnerable, the sharing is probably not constructive."

"Mix...Mix...Mix!" Janhae's voice sounded as if it was coming from underwater. It was hitting his eardrums but he could barely acknowledge its presence.  It was only after Janhae wrapped her french manicured fingers around Mix's wrist and shook almost his whole body, that he got out of the hypnosis he was in. He glanced at Janhae for less than a second and then his eyes were back glued to his mother and her new friend

There had to be some logical explanation for what he was witnessing but right now he only saw red.

"My mother," he chuckled in disbelief.

"What?" Janhae watched Mix in concern, her fingers around Mix's wrist gaining on the intensity.

"My mother is fucking laughing with Earth's father. Did you hear that, Earth? Our parents are having fun!" The more Mix watched the more anger he felt burning in his veins. And what was the worst, Mix wasn't mad at Earth's father, he was angry at his own mother.

Earth on the other side was trying to understand what was Mix talking about but just the simple picture of their parents talking and even laughing together sounded ridiculous, impossible even.

Clearing his throat, Earth spoke gently, "baby, just take Janhae and leave the place. It's been a lot on you too, maybe you are just tired and seeing something that isn't there."

"So, I'm now the crazy one?" Mix scoffed, making Earth's body subconsciously flinch at the hurt in Mix's voice.

"No, I-"

"I know what I'm seeing. Janhae can see it too," Mix glanced at Janhae once again, this time for a little longer, prompting her to say something.

Janhae nodded, at first not realising that Earth and Sing couldn't see her. It took her a moment but then she spoke, "yeah...I mean, the light here isn't the greatest but I think that, yeah, that's Mix's mom. I don't know how your father looks, Earth but Mix seems to recognise him so..."

"Okay, fine," Sing spoke before Earth could say anything, "I have no fucking idea what's going on anymore but I think that you got the answers you were looking for, now I would like my girlfriend out of this mess immediately! Thanks."

"We are going, babe," Janhae pulled on Mix's wrist, pulling him towards the exit. "Let's leave, Mix. We can't do anything here."

"Let me go!" Mix protested, his jaw clenched; he just wanted to talk to his mother - nothing more, nothing less.

"No! We are going, now!" Janhae pulled harsher, almost dragging Mix out.

"I said let me-"

"Mix, please..." Earth's voice sounded through the earpieces again.
