"I'm burning and it's because of you."
Three years ago one decision tore them apart before they even could be together. Now they meet again. With memories of the past and sweet promises of the future the world doesn't seem so bad. But the greed and...

Earth closed the door behind himself and put on a polite smile, looking at the half-naked man in his boyfriend's apartment. Earth's best guess — that was Sing.
"Thank you, I appreciate that."
Sing nodded, "not a jealous type. The first test passed."
"Sing," Mix rolled his eyes, at least as much as he could — his left eye was still pretty swollen.
"A rich boy is dating my best friend, you really think I'm not gonna ran some tests before I really approve?" Sing raised his eyebrow.
"No one needs your approval," Mix interlocked his fingers with Earth who was still standing in the middle of the room, drenched from head to toe, watching two best friends picking a hopefully playful fight over him.
"Now put on that purple hoodie and go to Janhae finally. I bet those clothes won't stay on you for a long time anyway," Mix said with a knowing look.
Sing put a hand on his heart, acting offended, "just for your information —Jan is studying for her finals, I'm going there to be a moral support and provide some cuddles, okay?"
"Okay, whatever you say," Mix laughed and Earth could feel the heaviness that was hanging over him for hours finally disappearing. Mix seemed to be fine. Yes, he was badly beaten up and it pained Earth to see that but other than that, Mix was alright.
Sing shook his head, put on the purple hoodie with 'choose your own path' imprinted on it in black and looked at the mirror to quickly do his hair. When he was done he turned to the couple who were still standing at the same place, glaring at him.
"You know, at least don't look at me like you want me gone so quickly, geez." He made sure he had everything and walked to the front door, on the way there, bumping shoulders with Earth, "nice meeting you, Earth." He walked out of the door and looked at them one more time, "I call you later, Mix."
The door closed and Mix could feel Earth's arms wrapping around him slowly, gently, not to unintentionally hurt him somehow and Mix felt safe once again, everything was fine now when Earth was there. Suddenly the whole idea of not telling Earth right away seemed so stupid, Mix was glad that things turned out differently.
"Baby — I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. How much it hurts?" Earth looked at Mix, hand lightly cupping Mix's cheek. Mix's eyes — usually big and sparkly were now sunken and swollen, especially the left one that was having an unusual shade of deep red and purple all over it, making Earth frown.
"I'm good, now even better when I have you here," Mix put his hands on Earth's waist and pulled him closer. "Besides, it's not the first time I got beaten up because of your father."
