Chapter 25 "Sun And Moon"

The couple tried more rides and games. Their throats were dried up and hoarse after all of the yelling and screaming. Taehyun truly enjoyed every second of their date and he never felt this alive before.

He kept playing along with Y/n. Giggles and laughs were heard.

Y/n couldn't help but fell for Taehyun even more. Especially because of his actions towards her today. She didn't bother questioning it as she was too focused on him.

"Let get a stuff toy for Kai too," Y/n said out loud while holding onto Taehyun's sleeve, gently tugging it to make him look down at her level.

Taehyun rolled his eyes and said, "Can't you just think about me for now? I'm your husband, hello?"

"Ahuh, are you jealous?" Y/n asked back only to regret it a few seconds later. She would never want to ruin Taehyun's mood by saying that again, thus, she mentally slapped herself.

"I am."

A moment of silence.

His answer was unexpected. Taehyun was as surprised as Y/n.

'Hurry the fuck up and do something, Y/n!' Her thoughts were yelling at her and so she instantly looked around and faked a squeal.

"Kids! Oh gosh, they're so cute!" She exclaimed, running away and leaving a frozen Taehyun. He watched his wife interact with the little ones, then realizing how much she adored the kids.

He chuckled and waited there.

"You're her boyfriend? Husband?"

Taehyun glanced at his side, seeing a middle-aged man with eye glasses, a bit shorter than him. He seemed friendly and Taehyun bowed with respect.

He then followed the man's gaze. "Yeah. That's my wife."

He felt proud, getting addicted to the beating of his heart everytime he locked eyes with her. The man nodded, smiling at the young married couple.

"She's talking to my wife and daughter." The man replied, pointing at another two figures and Taehyun looked at them. He saw how Y/n was so enthusiastic while conversing.

"What a lovely family," Taehyun replied.

"Don't worry, son. It won't be too hard to raise a kid as long as you have each other," The man said while tapping his back. Taehyun looked at him in pure confusion.

"W-What makes you say that?"

The man chuckled, amused to see a young married couple. Even more amused to see through their love that had just started to bloom. Indeed, middle-aged people were faster to notice.

"Look at your wife. She seemed so fond of kids," the man said.

Taehyun's mind went on advance and he felt the air ripping out of his lungs. His ears reddened because of his own wild thoughts. At the same time, his heart softened, seeing Y/n smile and wave at the kids whom she didn't even knew.

The man left Taehyun with a few encouraging words before he walked away with his family. Soon, Y/n linked her arm with Taehyun's again as they walked towards some gaming booths where they could win a lot of nice prizes and stuffs.

The excitement built up again, Taehyun shook his head at the sight of his wife who was too eager to try the games.

"Oh my god, Tyun. Look!" Y/n exclaimed after they ate some ice cream along the way.

Taehyun didn't even get to wipe off the cream from his lips when Y/n suddenly pulled him to a booth. Y/n was squealing again and when she looked up at him, she quickly lifted her thumb to gently wipe Taehyun's lips which caught him off guard. He just looked like any guy who needed so much care from their lover.
