The Statue in the Common Room

Hermione remembered her first year of Hogwarts well. Especially the part about her first exploration of the Gryffindor Common Room. The first time she saw the statue. A statue of a beautiful girl. She looked oddly.... distressed, however. As if she was frozen into stone while under attack. She had found the girl that was carved out into the statue breathtakingly beautiful. It even had a name plate. Y/n L/n.

She had been researching her ever since, and it had been 4 years since. She walked by that statue every day and studied it. Eventually, she even asked Professor McGonagall. Nor did she know the answers. Y/n L/n was a mystery. 

Hermione, while everyone was asleep, she came to study the statue. She placed her hand on the cheek of the stone statue. So smooth..., Hermione had thought, staring now at the girl's lips. That's weird. Kissing a statue would be... very weird. Fuck it. She's so pretty.

She pressed her lips to a pair of stone cold one's then pulled back and stared for a few moments. Slowly, the stone began to crack. Gold smoke began pouring from the cracks. And when the rock shell had crumbled, a fair maiden that was Hermione's age was standing. Well... was standing. She had been frozen for long she began to stumble, crashing into Hermione.

Y/n bashfully smiled down at Hermione and sat up, dusting herself off. "Sorry! Bad position to get hexed in. I'm Y/n L/n, 5th year, born 1814-" Hermione choked on air. "1814?! Darling, it's 2021!" She grinned. "I was preserved! And damn, never thought the one to break my little ol' curse would be a girl. That was unheard of back in my day. But holy shit, you're so fucking pretty. I'd shag you."

Hermione's face flushed and she covered Y/n's mouth. "You are getting a bit bold there." Y/n smirked and crawled into Hermione's lap, straddling her. "You kissed me and broke the curse. I'm yours by default now, gorgeous." She slowly kissed Hermione, the bushy-haired girl emitting a low moan at the actions. 

Y/n pulled away gently. "So, wanna go show me off now?" Hermione blushed heavily, her eyes showing like windowpanes how dazed she was. "S-sure."
