It had been a few days since Shinso had spoke to you. You had thought about texting him a few times, but never actually did it, you kept chickening out.
Ugh. I'm bored. Huh. I haven't been this bored in a long time. I guess that's cause Shinso's not around anymore.
You groaned and flopped onto your bed, landing on your stomach and burying your face into your pillows.
"Why won't he text me or something?" You asked out loud. "He always just shows up, and now I haven't seen him for days!"
Am I allowed to call him first? He's usually the one to start the conversation. I don't wanna...
You glanced at your phone.
Oh fuck it.
You grabbed your phone and clicked on Shinso's contact, holding it up to your ear and chewing on the inside of your cheek as you waited for him to answer.
You heard him pick up but he didn't say anything.
"Hello?" You asked.
"Hi." He answered.
His voice seemed deeper somehow. Maybe it was because you hadn't heard it in so long, or maybe it was just because it was over the phone.
"Hi Shinso" You said softly. "Um... I was just wondering what you're up to, I guess?"
"You guess?" He asked.
"Oh! I didn't mean it like that! I just- I don't know I haven't seen or heard from you in a while and when we hang out I can't remember how we usually make the plans."
"That's because I made the plans." He said.
He seems angry. Like he has a stick up his ass.
"Okay..." You said slowly. "Well do you want to hang out? I'm bored."
He sighed. "I don't know."
What?
"What do you mean?" You asked.
"Y/n, I realized that I barely know anything about you." He said. "We've been hanging out together almost everyday and I barely know you. I don't know how to describe it. You just don't tell me anything about yourself. And when we do hang out it just feels like you're teasing me all the time. You're being nice and helpful one moment and the next you're sarcastic and demeaning."
Ouch. I see what he's saying. But ouch.
There was a long pause before you thought of something to say.
Which was nothing. You had no idea what to say. So you said the next thing that came to mind.
"Are you at your dorm right now?"
"Is that all you have to say?" He asked. He sounded disappointed. "Yes I am. But come on, say some-"
"I'll be there in five minutes."
You hung up before he could say anything else.

You ran all the way to class 1-c's dorm building. When you got to the front door and barged in you realized that you had absolutely no idea who any of these kids were.
"Uh..." You mumbled as you tried to find a familiar face without any luck. "Where's Shinso's room?"
Someone pointed you towards his room and you thanked them before running up the stairs two at a time. Now you barged into his room and saw him sitting there at his desk.
