Bree's POV

Nora helped me move out of the apartment today. It's empty now and While Nora is still taking her room, I managed to make Fin's room our room. A few things have been moved to storage but Nora told me I could take what I wanted and what I didn't could be put into storage. Now that she is traveling she won't have a proper home, so the one bedroom is fine by her. There is one extra bedroom here and Fin mentioned getting it set up as a nursery. I wasn't sure about that considering how much I've been committed to living with Fin down by his stadium. He's managed to find a few listings around the corner and one in the same community as Eddie and Naomi. Khloe and Brody have a condo out in San Diego and Alec and Daisy have a home closer to Coronado.

I've been nervous about this whole process but creating a life with Fin seems to be the way my heart knows. When Fin was here a few weeks ago we talked about a lot of things that still floated in the air. We started with his traveling on the East Coast, then talked about the hotel, moved back to how graduation sex got us here, how we love eachother, how this is a whole new territory for both of us and finally put the trust and overwhelm conversations to bed.

I trust Fin to take care of me. I know that he will do anything in his power to make sure I am safe and okay. Fin is really showing me what it means to be loved and taken care of. His affection makes me all warm inside. Fin will be back next week to go to the appointment with me. This appointment is going to be during my fifteenth week. I won't be here when they usually do it because I am traveling with Fin to the games in the midwest.

I originally planned it with their suggestions but switched it when Fin asked me to join him on his travels when he was here. He doesn't want to be so far away from me anymore. I know he wants me down in his condo rather than up here, but for now this is going to have to do. I have to meet with the bank and figure out a plan for our shop. While this one can stay here, Nora mentioned selling it and getting a place worth our time down in San Diego. I knew once she said it, that should be the plan. I just hate to see the one in St. Helena leave.

I've been finding and looking for places with Nora through an agent and we did discover a few of them that could work. I told Nora she should pick because this is still her business and even though I'm now the manager and runner of the shop, it is her business and legacy.

Nora said she'd have something for me by the end of the month. It's into August, so Nora has been on her trip for the past few weeks. She was nervous to leave me at first, but if anything I can go down to Fin's condo and stay with him.

I've been reading up on all the pregnancy things and keeping Winnie updated. Hockey pre-season is about to begin and she's been gearing up and trying to book things out with players up until December. She also has her brother's wedding soon. I think it's in October? I don't remember since she didn't seem to be enthused. Although I know that's just because she's been trying to avoid her brother's best friend. Then yet, her brother has kind of ghosted her in his life since her podcast. I have to remember to ask her about that.

Fin's been sending me lots of options for houses which aren't bad but also shock me with how much they cost. He finally found two within a good price range, one that doesn't scare me, and has made offers on both of them. He said we should hear back by next week.

"Guess which one we got?" I looked to Fin who barged into the house and put away the pregnancy book. "The one beside Eddie and Naomi or the one down the street with the killer view."

"You looked so excited about both that I have no idea which one to even go off of."

"Okay I'll tell you. It's the one beside Eddie." My eyes lit up at that. Secretly that is the one I loved for how spacious and open the backyard is. It only has three bedrooms and a smaller kitchen, but it works. I'd rather have the backyard down there so Fin and our baby can have fun on his times off. I wrapped my arms around him as he picked me up and spun me around. He kissed all over my face until he got to my lips.

"I'm so excited for this."

"Me too."

"You know what else I'm excited for?"

"What?"

"A nice back rub." Fin chuckled before he brought me to his -- to our room and began rubbing my back softly. "Mhm, yeah this is it."

"This is what I have to look forward to isn't it." I could hear the fun tone in his voice so I stuck up my hand and flipped him off. "Oh well I don't mind that. Have your way." I laughed as he spun me around and set me on his lap.

"Finnlay Geraldi..." I trailed off as he took off my shirt. "You cannot be serious."

"Oh I am. Don't you have a high libido right now?"

The next morning we made our way into the room. I got up on the platform chair and sat down. Fin gently raised my shirt and tucked it under my bra strap. He kissed my stomach before standing up by my head. The doctor came in next and I could tell from the way Fin squeezed my hand that he is excited about this.
