6. Flames of Jealousy

Yubin rolled her eyes and wore her sunglasses before storming out of the house. Taehyung came back and gave me a hug and bid his farewell. "Fighting!"

He parted and while sending an electrifying glare to Jungkook he made his way out. The closed slammed shut and all I was left with was the devil himself.

Jungkook stared at me then took his steady predator steps. I walked backwards and gulped watching him moving towards me without a pause. He looked angry and dangerous.

Suddenly my back hit the wall while he stood in front of me. He came closer and slammed me back at the wall. He was choking me while I wiggled to pull his hands away from my throat though he didn't moved at all.

"You grew wings, didn't you? I should cut them, they don't look pretty on an ugly like you."

He yanked me walked back to pull out his phone. He unlocked his phone and showed me a picture of him and Yubin kissing each other on the beach. I felt disgusted when he smirked. He said," Let me upload it. Everyone should know about us, no need to hide who are my friends and who are not."

My eyes widened as I joined my hands. I begged him. "Please, don't... Don't do this, I would never meet Tae again... Please."
He smirked in victory while watching me getting distorted.

He scoffed and said," You better not!" He shoved his phone back in his pant and marched towards the stair while I dropped on my knees.

He was about to climb the steps until his eyes fell on the vase. He walked back and went towards the kitchen. He took out a bottle of ethanol and pulled out the flowers, emptying the ceramic decoration.

Jungkook came in my direction and throw the flowers in front of my eyes. Pulling the cork out of the bottle he poured the colored liquid on it and gulped the a large amount of the toxic alcohol.

My eyes welled up watching those beautiful flowers laying on the floor, drenched in fluid. I looked up at Jungkook who was giving a devilish smirk as he stared down at my petite self.

"That Taehyung gifted them to you, didn't he? Yet he made Yubin leave the house!" He said. " See them burn in front of your eyes because you don't deserve the world but the ash of it."

With that he went and brought a lighter. He lit it and brought it near the flowers. Flames flared on flower petals while the tiles beneath was still unaware of the cruelty happening on it.
