A very loud — and very noticeable — sigh left my mouth as I lay with my back pressing against the floor of the Rover. We had been driving for what felt like forever, or at least to me, it did. Throughout the ride, I had moved positions more than once, trying to rest myself, but I couldn't, and I was way too antsy to sit in one spot.

We were towards the end of our drive to meet Kane, something I was thankful for. The ride had been filled with silence once again, no one wanting to say anything about what had happened, especially with Jasper.

"How much longer?" My voice was the same as though I was a child whining about being in a car too long. "I don't know how much longer I can take being stuck in this metal box with wheels."

"We're almost there." Bellamy assured as he turned back into his seat. A small smile pegged his lips when he realized the position I was lying in.

"Are you okay?" Monty's voice is the one I heard next. "You've been acting more moody than usual."

Even if I wanted to reply to Monty, I didn't get the chance because Bellamy turned back in his seat and announced, "We're here."

Monty drove us under what seemed like a tunnel and parked the Rover before we started getting out. I sat up from the floor and handed a rifle to Monty and Bellamy before grabbing my own and pushing the back door open, and jumping out.

I shut the door and came up in the passenger's side of the Rover to where Bellamy got out. He closed the door as I came up beside him. From the other side, I could hear Monty shut his door, and the three of us meet in front of the Rover as we descended further into the tunnel. The rifle in my hands was lifted slightly, making sure it was ready to be used if need be.

"You were right about Jasper. Okay?" Said Monty as we continued to walk. "Is that what you want me to say?"

"Quiet. Keep your eyes peeled." Bellamy ordered. "I could've said no."

"He's getting worse, isn't he? I mean, getting drunk every night is one thing, but smiling with a knife to your throat, that's next level damaged."

"We're all damaged, Monty." I spoke for the first time since exiting the Rover. "Jasper just has a... different way of coping."

Our pace slowed when Kane and Indra emerged from the bush ahead. My eyebrows twitched together because I knew if he was with Indra, this could be worse than I thought.

Monty, who had no idea who Indra was, asked, "Who's he with?"

"Indra." Bellamy answered.

"That's Indra?" Monty's tone was shocked.

"He must've told her we broke the truce." With Bellamy's words, the three of us started walking faster to the duo.

"Kane, before you even start, we had to—"

The man lifted his hand before cutting me off. "I'll deal with that later. This is about Clarke."

Bellamy's head snapped to me, and just as quickly, it snapped back to Kane. "What about her?"

"She's being hunted." Indra was the one to answer.

"By who?" Monty asked.

"By everyone."

Before I even knew it, we were back in the Rover again, and I was once again stuck in the backseat. At least this time, I wasn't alone. Kane sat to my left, and Indra sat in front of me. The Grounder female jumped every time we went over some kind of bump. I couldn't blame her — hell, I still jumped.

The Rover hit a small rut, but it still managed to cause Indra to snap her head towards the front. Kane caught sight of it and smiled, "I'm still getting used to it myself."
