The rest of my day was filled with more worrying than I would care to admit because Bellamy still wasn't back from his hunting trip. It was in the back of my mind earlier in the day when talking with Clarke and Monty that he should've been back already, but I simply chalked that up to me over-worrying. As the day went on, however, that feeling grew into more unease when Bellamy still hadn't returned. It made doing my rounds and ensuring everyone was on task a lot harder with the constant worrying on my mind.

With that being said, I still did my rounds and made sure everyone was on task; it just took a lot longer than I'd like because of my lack of focus. As I was doing that, I overheard people talking about an incident involving Jasper Jordan getting arrested and put in lock-up. My initial reaction to this was perplexing because Jasper wouldn't hurt a fly — unless, shown in recent events, the fly was himself — and Clarke knew this, so why would she arrest him and put him in lock-up?

I was on my way there to get a grasp on exactly what was going on when on my way, I saw Monty storming away from the direction of lock-up. "Hey. I just heard Jasper's in lock-up. What the hell happened?"

"Clarke happened." Monty stated, stopping in front of me. He could only look at me for a split second before his eyes darted to the floor, raising my suspicion. Before I could get the chance to act upon it, Monty blurted out, "Did you know she made a list?"

At Monty's words, I frowned deeply, this being one of the many reasons why I wanted to stay as far away from the list as possible. The whole situation was horrible, between Clarke having to make the list and not being able to tell anyone. The only people who had known about the list were Clarke, Bellamy, Raven, and myself. It was a painful knowledge that I couldn't tell the people closest to me, one of those being Harper.

It was after an agonizing minute of silence when I finally admitted, "Yeah. I know."

"You knew?" Monty questioned, seeming to have expected me not to know. My eyes casted down in chagrin when I saw the hurt and betrayal on his face. "Did you know that Harper's not on it? Or me or Jasper... did you know that you're not on it?"

A wave of sickness came over me at his words, the revelation that if Nightblood didn't work, I wouldn't live long enough to give birth came across me again. It hurt that I wasn't surviving, but it didn't compare to the hurt that I felt knowing my baby wasn't gonna live long enough to take their first breath.

"I knew that, too." I spoke barely above a whisper, my voice coming out at nothing more than a quiver.

"So then help me fight it. Clarke doesn't have the right to say that she lives and your baby doesn't. Why is she the one who decides who lives and who dies?" Monty argued, raising his voice to a level that wasn't at all normal for him, but it was still quieter than most people's angered tone. When Monty noticed that my eyes were doing everything they could not to meet his, his expression dropped even more. "You agree with her not telling anyone. Don't you?"
