Chapter 7

It was now beginning to turn into nighttime. The students of Seishin High were gathering around a large campfire they built.

Yōu Watanabe and the others sat and ate curry and talked for a bit.

"Sumiooooo... you never told us who you like." She said taking a bite of her curry.

"What's the point if you guys aren't going to take 'I don't have anyone' for an answer?" He said as he also took a bite.

His reaction changed to disgusted real quick, "TSUKI! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS CURRY?! I KNOW YOU CAN'T COOK WELL BUT IT'S CURRY!"

"What do you mean what's wrong? Is it not good?" She took a bite, her face also changed.

Shintaro was already throwing up on the ground. "Only one of the Watanabe's can cook..." he commented.

Chika and Riko seemed to have no problems with Yōu's curry and Sumio was starving.

"Yōu... can I please have your curry." Sumio begged.

"Coming right up. Yousoro!" She said taking his plate and running over to her pot.

As she made him a new plate she glanced around at the other students. It was all their final year of high school.

Then they'd all go pursue things in life, at least eventually.

Yōu had no clue what she wanted to do. She got decent grades, not extremely good like Riko, but not awful like Chika.

She always wanted to be a ferry captain like her father. But at the same time she always had an interest in fashion designing.

She and Tsuki had always been fond in looking and making different uniforms.

But, that was all far away. Right now she looked to enjoy the last school year with everyone!

She returned with the curry and handed it to Sumio and he happily ate it.

The teacher then called everyone over. "Alright! It's time for our annual test of courage!"

The students cheered.

"Pair up in teams of two! Boy and girl only, to see if we can get some couples going!" She smiled mischievously.

The girls groaned while the boys sensed a chance of opportunity.

Sumio nudged Shintaro. The perfect chance for him.

Yōu quickly glanced at Riko who looked away. "I vote Riko goes with Sumio!" She announced.

"I'll do it if Shintaro goes with Yōu!" He quickly answered.

"I think I'm gonna go with that hot guy from class two..." Tsuki grinned heading over to him.

They all paired up with each other and all prepared themselves.

Riko and Sumio went first. Walking together into the dark forrest with only a flashlight.

He glanced over at Riko who was surprisingly not afraid. "Do you like doing things like this?"

She shrugged, "I don't particularly mind it. The only thing that scare me are large dogs."

"Did somebody say dogs?" A voice said as one of the teachers jumped from out of nowhere with a large dog on a leash. "This was just for you Sakurauchi-san."

"KYAAAAA!" Riko took off straight ahead.

"Oi!" Sumio chased after her. She was fast...

In fact, so fast that they ran by every other scare on the trail and ended up back with the other students.
