--My POV-- 

We push apart and look for who gasped. We saw Kayla, standing there, tears running down her face. ‘I can’t believe you Seth Clearwater. I thought you loved me!’ She yelled before running out of the building. Seth yelled back, ‘Kayla, wait!’ He kissed me on the forehead, let go of me, and ran after her. I don’t know if I should let that go and be happy of what just happened before all of this, or be mad that he ran after her. OVERREACTING RIGHT NOW. NO. I WILL NOT GET MAD AND RUIN ANYTHING. I just want to know what’s going to happen between Kayla and Seth.

---Seth’s POV---

I yell and run after Kayla and grab her hand to spin her around. ‘Kayla, wait!’

Kayla: what Seth? What do you want?

Me: I don’t understand why this is such a big problem. We broke up.

Kayla: we were taking a break Seth. That doesn’t mean you can go kiss other girls, especially her!

Me: what’s wrong with Kaya?

Kayla: I KNEW you had a thing with her. Leah, Embry, Quil, Paul, and Jake told me! I didn’t believe them that you were only using me to get over her, but I guess it’s true.

Me: Kayla, I was not using you. I really did like you!

Kayla: but you didn’t love me.

Me: I’m sorry. My one and only love is and will always be Kaya Hunt.

Kayla: Why? Why her? What does she have that I don’t have?

Me: it’s harder to explain what she has that you don’t have. It’s a secret I’m not supposed to tell.

Kayla: you can trust me Seth.

Me: it’s not about trusting you. It’s about you being involved.

Kayla: what do you mean?

Me: nothing. One thing I can tell you is that she bore my son.

Kayla: you have a son?

Me: Koda is mines and Kaya’s son.

Kayla: wha- what? Since when? I thought that was Kwoli’s and Kaya’s brother?

Me: one year ago, she bore him. And that was just a lie, so you wouldn’t run off when you found out I had a son, especially with someone I see every day.

Kayla: I, I can’t believe this..

Me: Kayla I’m sorry.

Kayla: I love you Seth.

Me: Kayla, I don’t think you understand. I only liked you.

Kayla: but you told me every day,

Me: I didn’t mean it.

Kayla: you lied to me.

Kaya: he has a tendency to do that.

Kaya walked from the side, and up to us. She had sorrow written all over her face. I didn’t want her here right now, she might ruin things right now.

Me: Kaya,

Kayla: YOU, YOU GET OUT OF HERE. I HATE YOU. YOU LIED TO ME TOO.

Kaya: it wasn’t my secret to tell you. Seth and I weren’t even together. So he had every right to be with you without me telling you anything.

Kayla: and you accepted me dating him?

Kaya: of course I accepted it. His happiness was way more important than mines.

Kayla: Seth?

Me: yeah?

Kayla: I can see why you love her.

Me: just because I didn’t love you, doesn’t mean someone else won’t. You’re a beautiful and outgoing girl. You’ll find someone. He’ll treat you better and respect you better than I did. He’ll make you his princess and he will always love you.

Kayla: you think so?

Me: I know so.

Kayla: thanks Seth. You really are a great guy. Thanks for making these 4 months amazing. And Kaya, I’m sorry I was ever in the way.

Kaya: you weren’t, and it wasn’t your fault.

Kayla: I guess I should go.

Kaya: wait, before you go. Just because you and Seth didn’t work out, doesn’t mean we all can’t be friends. We’re going to see each other around sometime. If you ever need anything, you know were we live.

Kayla: thanks Kaya. You really are an amazing girl. Seth really can pick a girl to fall in love with. I’ll see you guys around.

Kaya: you are an amazing girl too. We’ll see you soon Kayla. Don’t be a stranger!

With that, Kayla walked away and we watched her, as she disappeared into the road. I grabbed Kaya by her waist from behind, and pulled her against me. I whispered in her ear, ‘you are an amazing girl. I love you. Will you be mine again?’ She got out of my grip, turned around, and flew into my arms. She nodded and whispered in my ear, ‘yes and I love you too.'
