{Concept: quirk licenses} Idk if this is already a thing but I wanted non heroes to be licensed for quirk use. Kinda like the different types of driver's licenses. A 'W-class Quirk License' is a license that permits you quirk usage for work. Typically only medical personnel get approved but anyone can apply. It's basically an extension of your quirk registration.
{Concept: Yen¥/USD$} Literally do not pay attention to the numbers they are so not accurate I tried but then I'd get confused(too many commas lmao). The only significant number is 5 million United States Dollars the rest is nonsense.
