Lynn grunted, heaving the huge duffel bag as she dragged herself huffing and climbed on the gangplank. Behind her Zephyr, was doing the same carrying two huge bags of their supplies.
"Couldn't you just like use your air powers to blow these shits on board." Lynn said as she pushed her hair away from her face, sighing and slumped to the wooden floor of the ship when she reached it.
"I don't want to use my powers all the time." Zephyr shrugged, as he kept the rest of the bags in one corner.
"Zeph do you know where is vivi?"
"Haven't seen her in a wh-"
They were interrupt with a burst of laughter as two figures approached them. Nina and Jesper were laughing at something, Nina wiping tears after laughing so much.
"Ayo" Lynn shouted motioning them, "Care to share the joke?"
"Ah just kazoo stuff." Nina said waving her hands in a nonchalant gesture.
"Have you seen vivi?" Lynn asked again, as she got up and brushed the back of her pants.
"She is with that new guy cain, down the corner." Jesper answered, "They seem to be getting along quite well."
"I am heading out." Zephyr said abruptly as he swiftly pushed away from them heading to the ship's cabin room. Nina eyed him, a look of amusement in her face.
"What's got him all knackered?" Jesper questioned frowning, "Anyway, let me go check up on Daphne. See you ladies later."
Lynn nodded at him as jesper trodded along humming merrily. Nina poked Lynn on her arm as Lynn raised her brow at the heartrender.
"What is up with him?" Nina whispered to her, as they their arms and started walking in the huge boat.
"Uh going to check on Daphne-"
"No, I mean zephyr." Nina said and Lynn shrugged.
"Reckon he likes Vivi ?" Lynn asked her, as Nina thought for a moment.
"I have known Zephyr for a while now not so closely like now but I noticed him in back in our place you know. Always reserved and quiet. He got tormented by some immature blokes, calling him really cruel things and also calling him a girl."
Lynn scowled ,"That's horrible, like the sheer audacity."
Nina nodded, "Even though Kaz seems inhumane sometimes, he offered to throw those blokes out for Zephyr but zephyr is something really. He asked him not to. Much to our amusements, in a few weeks he made his spot there and also the courage to bash anyone who said anything wrong about him."
"As he should." Lynn said smiling.
"He never made friends only talked to wylan and jesper since he helped in the lab. But he seems to be trying now you know. Talking to people and being more expressive .Especially with Vivienne around. I couldn't be sure if he likes her that way, but he is very well fond of her."
