This is basically POST spring lock accident when Afton is still getting strength back!! The rest is self explanatory

William Afton had just gotten to well enough condition to be able to actually do things again, but everything still ached. He still had a stitches on his hip and he hated staring at them. He knew why they were there, the accident had caused many, many issues. None were completely life threatening, just painfully debilitating. The one in his side was from the removal of half of his liver. Half. Of his. Liver.

He tried not to think about it, but sometimes, if he twisted wrong, it felt like a dull throb. The knock came again on the door, and William knew that if it was just another sympathizer, he would flip. He took as deep a breath he could manage and opened the door.

The face in the doorway could not have been more appreciated. The glow of his warm features, the way his blond hair curled and his eyes shimmered. William felt his heart beginning to race.

"Henry." He said breathlessly with joy. Henry smiled, and embraced him, rushing over and holding the smaller man gently, as if he were a piece of priceless china. "Mph." Afton mumbled into Henry's shoulder, where his head had been tucked.

"I had been so worried, but I hadn't had the time to come by, and I should have made time because I knew that you were hurt and I came by the moment I had time and..." He paused and bit his lip. William loved Henry's lips. They were soft and warm. "We have all night." He finished. William's face flushed, blood rushed to every part of his body until his finger tips were tingling. It had been so long, so painfully long since William felt Henry's touch. He craved it, it was worse than any addiction he ever had in his whole life. Henry was his drug and he had been deprived far too long.

"Henry I've missed you so much." William whispered, pulling up close to Henry's face and kissing the corner of his lips. His eyes fluttered shut and he shifted over and kissed him full on the lips. The sensation lit up fireworks in Afton's damaged body. Little bursts of electricity. He wanted more, more and more of Henry. This wasn't enough. He wanted to feel Henry.

"Will..." Henry mumbled against William's mouth. He pressed closer against William, wrapping his arms a little tighter around him until he heard a soft whimper. William pulled away for a quick breath and when he went back to kiss Henry, he was met with parted lips. He quickly stuck his tongue inside without hesitation and tears welled in his eyes, he moaned turning his head to get a better angle and bumping his hips softly against Henry.

"Ha... Will..." Henry breathed and then bent over, wrapping an arm around the backside of William's legs and then supporting his back with his other, he scooped him up and held him against his chest. William gasped softly and felt his stomach churn. Henry carried him as if he weighed absolutely nothing at all. "You've gotten so light. Have you been eating?" Henry asked, beginning to ascend the stairs.

William had struggled with eating mostly through college with minor bulimia, but after college, he never really had a problem with it. This wasn't the case, though, he was just too scared to eat. To hurt to have an appetite, he didn't realize it had gotten away from him though. He felt his feet hit the ground and his bedroom door was open. Since his wife left, the room had seemed mercilessly empty.

He was gently laid on the bed, only the left side of the bed had ruffled covers, the right was still completely unused. The bed was too big for one man alone. Henry climbed on top of him, and leaned down, kissing him again. William was laying on his back, arms splayed out on either side and knees bent, pressing into Henry's stomach. Again, the contact of Henry's lips made saliva build up in William's mouth and his heart to slam hard. He moaned deep from his throat as a tear slipped out.
