Victor POV

"Victor!! Don't go! Please!!!" Kira said attaching herself to my leg. I chuckled, "I have to. They'll miss me a lot up there if I don't." Gloria chuckled, "I wouldn't say that." I gave her a look, then looked back to Kira. Me, Mom, Kira, Gloria, and Marnie are all gathered here, me and Gloria are headed back to Pasio, and the rest are here to see us off. I ruffled Kiras hair, then Mom pulled her to her side. I looked over to Marnie, "Hey, don't get too lonely without me alright?" She chuckled, "I won't. Don't worry about me, but do come visit if you guys have a match in Galar." I nodded, will do. I walked over to her and... I'll keep it to a hug while Mom is here. We hugged, then I broke and Gloria and I headed for the gate. Year 2, let's go back to back!

Hilbert POV

Bags? Check. New Room assignment? Check. Samurott? Check. Hilda...? I looked over to my side and saw Hilda smiling back at me. Check. She giggled, "You look like you're deep in thought, didn't leave your brain back at the house, did you?" I shrugged and laughed, "Wouldn't make much of a difference if I did." Hilda then scratched her chin. "So... Nate and Rosa are supposed to be here with us any moment now. Should be nice to have a couple more Unovans on campus." I nodded, "For sure. Any friend of N's is a friend of mine." Hilda chuckled, "Weird that we both knew N, but never ran into each other." I sighed, "Wish we had..." Just then I heard a voice behind me "Hey... uh... You're Hilbert and Hilda right?" I turned back and saw a guy in a blue jacket with a visor and spiky hair. I nodded, "Yep. And you're Nate I assume?" He nodded, "Yep. And Rosa should be here any moment..." Just then I saw Rosa rolling her suitcase, she approached and waved friendily. We waved back, and shortly after all boarded the plane.

While we were on the flight, Hilda looked to Rosa, "So, what are you studying for?" Rosa thought, "Oh! I'd love to study grass types, I love Serperior, so I'd love to meet more pokemon like him." Hilda smiled, "Cool! I'm studying to be a gym leader now. I was undeclared last year, but I just love battling, and I don't think I'm quite good enough to go pro." I patted her shoulder, "You totally could." Rosa nodded, "For sure! You were great everytime I watched you!" Hilda giggled, "Thanks guys!"

Freshman Orientation

Oak POV

I walked out to see the new class of freshman for the first time. I honestly can't believe how much this school has grown. And whether I like to admit it or not, it's most likely all because of our Pokemon battling team. I doubted them at each step, heck I didn't even want them to succeed because I thought it would put me in a position where I wouldn't be able to keep my promise to them. But, they won the whole thing. Now we've got more funding than I ever could have imagined, and barring anything crazy, I think we could be repeat international champions. I looked out at all the students, "Good evening students! Welcome to Pasio! I hope it'll provide a good home for you. We've got classes starting tomorrow so make sure you check your schedules to see where you have to be. If you get lost, don't worry, your professors know it's a hard adjustment. This year, we have a lot to look forward to, so give it your all!" I paused, "Oh yeah, and the battling team tryouts are happening soon, so go participate or watch, it'll be a sight to see. Best of luck to you all!" The Freshmen all clapped as they then funnelled out of the exit. I turned to Kukui, who was seated in the front row.

He smiled, "You seem much more energized this year." I nodded, "Yeah. All thanks to you." Kukui chuckled, "Nah. Thank Arceus for that one, gave me the perfect band of 'Outcasts' to turn in to a machine." I smiled, "Heh. You and Blue, even Red had the right idea. I just couldn't see it. I'm happy now though, it all worked out for the best." Kukui nodded, "That it did, I better go now, make sure Elio doesn't do something rash at tryouts." I chuckled, "Good idea."
