Watching the cherry blossoms bloom will always be the two friends' favorite hobby whenever it's spring, it calms them down and makes them forget their problems.

"They're beautiful." She muttered, the wind gently swaying her (h/c) hair.

Niragi can only smile softly, licking his lips before hissing, remembering the wound he had for having a fight with some bullies a few days before.

He lowly muttered a curse to himself, grazing his thumb on the wounded area. It caught her attention as worry and concern flashed through her orbs.

"Are you okay? Does it still hurt?" Y/N asked, hands caressing his face as gently as possible.

"Not really, I'm fine, Y/N." He chuckled, holding her delicate hands.

"You sure?"

"Yeah, don't worry too much."

She didn't look quite convinced by his reassurance and so he planted soft kisses on her hands, smiling to himself once he heard her giggling. Staring at her beautiful face intently, Niragi bit his lip, fighting the urge to confess right then and there.

"Y/N—"

"Shoot! I gotta go, Susu, I'll be late for Mom's dinner party later." She urgently stood up from her seat, the boy following her actions as he nodded, he couldn't do anything about it anyways.

"A-Alright. But after your event later, can we talk? I really need to tell you something important."

"Sure! I'll leave my window open for you. You can sneak in just like what you've been doing for the past few years." Y/N teased before laughing.

"Yeah, very funny. Not my fault your parents think I'm a bad influence on their pretty daughter." Niragi sarcastically retorted but she, on the other hand, could only blush at his remark.

He thinks I'm pretty...

"Well, you don't have to worry about them. I don't think you're a bad influence. You never will be, for me." Y/N went on her tippy toes to plant a quick kiss on his cheek and before Niragi could even comprehend a thing or two, she immediately darted off.

How I wish I told you how much I love you. Why did it have to be you? Why, of all people, did you have to be the one to get killed? Am I really unworthy of happiness and love that the heavens took you away from me? The only girl I've ever loved this much, the only girl I've ever cared for more than myself.

Niragi sobbed silently, the very first time did he feel the excruciating pain of losing a beloved. The unexplainable pain of losing someone who kept him sane and stable.

"I love you, fuck, I'm so sorry for not being able to protect you." He choked out, eyes glazing with pain and longing, wanting her (e/c) orbs to stare back at him, but alas, her eyes kept shut; void of life. Her cold body limp on his arms, the blood on her chin and forehead where the laser had struck her evident as he carefully examined his first love.

Rain started to pour heavily, as if it were mourning with him.

He yelled out the pain, he yelled out the anger. He felt that helpless.

They were just happy a few days before, sharing jokes ang laughter. Then he suddenly just saw her, standing in the middle of the road, smiling in relief when she saw that he's alive. He wanted to run to her arms and keep her safe, but death beat him to it.

Regret, pain, sorrow, anger. Those feelings ate him whole as he slowly felt his sanity fading away. From that very moment, he also died along with his first love. His heart, at least.

As his final tears become one with the rain that cascaded down his pale cheeks, he stood up, eyes void of any emotions. Niragi turned his back against her cold body, walking away, and with each step felt like undying torture to him.

That's when he bumped into a buff guy, whom he later found out who's name is Aguni.

I don't know anymore. This place is already hell. If only I could turn back time, God knows I would. I fucking would.
