Naomi Swan. Not a name a lot of people have heard, Naomi is the elder sister of Bella Swan. Yes Bella Swan, the girl who fell in love with a vampire. What people don't know is Bella wasn't the only one to fall for a vampire, Naomi did too.

Naomi and Jasper walk into Charlie's house, Jasper freezing as they walk through the door "What's wrong?" Naomi asks. "Someone's been here." he tells her. "Dad, we're just checking to see if I left a jacket here in my room that I was looking for yesterday." Naomi tells Charlie. "Alight, I'll set up the tv ready for the game." Charlie responds. The two head upstairs and into Naomi's old room "They haven't been in here." Jasper tells her. "Then where?" Naomi asks. Jasper motions to Bella's room making her walk across the hallway and knock on the door, Bella opens the door "What is it Naomi?" Bella asks. "Just come here a second and let Jasper check your room." Naomi tells her. Bella frowns and walks out her room, letting Jasper walk in "What's wrong?" Bella asks. "Someone's been here." Naomi explains. "A vampire." Jasper adds. "What do we do?" Bella questions. "Come with us to the Cullen's, the vampire isn't after Dad so he'll be alright." Naomi tells her. "How do you know they're not after dad?" Bella asks. "They wouldn't have left dad alive if they were." Naomi points out before walking downstairs. "Hey dad, sorry we have to go. There's an emergency at home, I'll explain later. Bella is going to come with us to help." Naomi tells Charlie. "Alright Sweetheart. Well watch the next game together." Charlie responds. "Deal." she nods.
The three of them walk into the Cullen's house, Naomi is immediately pulled into a hug by Cameron "Edward told me, is your dad okay?" he asks. "Yeah, he had no idea." Naomi tells him. "Who was it? Someone we know?" Alice asks. "No it was a stranger. I didn't recognize his scent." Jasper responds. "A nomad passing through?" Esme suggests. "A passer-by wouldn't have left Charlie alive." Rosalie says, following Naomi's train of thought. Just then Walter and Emmett walk in from tracking the scent "His scent disappeared about five miles south of Charlie's house." Walter tells them. "Someone's orchestrating this." Edward says, pulling Cameron close. "Victoria?" Carlisle asks. "I would've seen her deciding." Alice responds shaking her head. "Could it be the Volturi?" Edward asks. "I don't think it's the Volturi either. Besides they don't know about Naomi or Bella." Alice points out. "So we keep looking." Emmett says. "We also take shifts, guarding Charlie's house. Keep him safe for Naomi." Carlisle says. "You can't protect me and Cameron, watch my dad and Bella, search for the intruder, search for Victoria and keep yourselves fed." Naomi tells them. "We're not leaving you defenseless." Jasper tells her. "Well, I'm not gonna let you starve. And we wouldn't be unprotected, I have family who will help." Naomi points out. Jasper nods "Call him." he tells her.
Naomi nods and pulls out her phone, calling Sam "Hey Nae." Sam says picking up. "Hey Sammy, can you get to the Cullen's someone was at my dad's?" Naomi asks. "I'll be there in ten." Sam tells her. "Thanks Sammy." Naomi smiles before hanging up. Bella frowns "What do you mean family? Sam isn't your family." she asks making everyone remember that she's there. "Dad don't tell you. Renee isn't my mum, Allison is. Sam's mum, which makes him my brother." Naomi explains. Bella nods "So were half sisters?" she asks. "Yes." Naomi responds before leaning into Jasper. Looking over Naomi sees Cameron talking quietly to Edward, obviously distracting him from the fact his blood singer nips in the room. After a few minutes Carlisle let's Sam in who goes straight to Naomi, holding her close "Are you alright?" he asks as the pull away. "I'm alright, just worried about dad." Naomi assure her brother. Sam nods "What's the plan?" he asks. "We're going to set shifts protecting Charlie, his house, Naomi, Cameron and Bella. It seems the vampire wants Bella for some reason, we're not sure why though. But because we're also searching for Victoria, protecting Naomi and Cameron and keeping ourselves fed we need some extra help." Jasper explains.
Sam nods "Would the pack prefer days or nights?" Carlisle asks. "Nights would be best as a few of the pack we still in school." Sam responds. "We'll take days then." Edward nods. "Don't forget you guys still need to hunt, when you do Cam and I can go to Sam's for the day. There's always pack members there." Naomi smiles. "The pack will look after them when they're there. We protect our own." Sam says, putting an arm round Naomi who smiles. "What about me?" Bella asks, getting annoyed about being ignored. "Someone will be watching you to keep you safe." Esme tells her. "You're welcome to come to mine when they're hunting." Sam adds making Bella nod and smile slightly. Naomi rolls her eyes slightly and leans into Sam as he begins to make a schedule with Carlisle "Sammy!" she starts. "Nae!" Sam mimics. "Cuddle, you're warm." Naomi tells him. Chuckling he wraps his arms round his sister making her smile and cuddle into him "You're now my hot water bottle." she tells him. "I don't know if I should take offence from that." Sam tells her making her shrug in response. Jasper shakes his head "I'm going to go make you food. Sam, Cameron, Bella, you want some?" he asks. "Please." Sam nods. "Yes please." Cameron adds. "I'm good." Bella tells him, sitting in a corner on her own. Smiling Naomi climbs onto Sam's lap and curls up, trying not to fall asleep "Go to sleep Nae, I'll wake you up when food's done." Sam tells her. "M'kay." Naomi responds.
