Chapter 11
_________

It's the second week of school and everything is slowly getting back to the old routine - wake up, school, eat, more school and then party or studying. The only difference is that now it's more like just studying. The N.E.W.T's are happening sooner than I'd like to imagine and I still have not fully decided on what subjects to continue with.

I'm definitely staying loyal to Potions, that's for sure, but there are another two to choose, which will be hard. Yesterday, Pansy announced me she'll be taking Potions just to be with me, which obviously made my heart warm, but I also feel bad for her, because she really sucks at Potions. Not to be rude, but she actually sucks at almost every subject. She has the brains but is too lazy to use them, let alone devote some time to studying. I guess having crazy rich parents does that for you.

Speaking of Potions, I haven't seen professor Malfoy in a while. It's Thursday already and the last time I saw him was on Monday night when he was drunk in our common room. We had Potions with Snape instead, which was a nice change, but still, I can't help but wonder where he's gone. And if he'll ever come back.

Maybe it'd be for the best if he didn't. I'd concentrate on the final exams, he'd spent more time with his family. It would do us only good, and Snape is as excellent teacher of Potions as him. He taught him, after all.

But there's a small part of me that wants him to stay at Hogwarts until I leave. That part is constantly growing every time I think of him. It's sick and consuming, I can't help it.

"What's your sign, honey?" Trelawney asks me and gently grabs me by my chin. I'm pleasantly surprised by how soft her fingers are.

We're in Divination classroom with Sybill, one of my favorites. The classroom consists of a few round tables with four to five chairs around, me and Pansy usually sit with the boys. There are big crystal balls in the middle of each table.

"A-" I open my mouth to speak, but she cuts me off and lets go of my chin.

"Aries, of course..." she mumbles under her nose and leaves our table.

"Rude, she didn't ask me," Pansy groans and starts typing on her phone. She never turns off the clicking sound, which can be annoying sometimes.

"Oh please, like no one knows you're a total Leo," I mock her.

Sybill gives us an assignment to do an essay on how compatible our sign is with our best friend's and lets us go on the last class of this day - Potions.

I don't have high hopes that the Professor will be there, so I come to the class with my eyes in my phone. I notice I have two missed calls from my mother, panic immediately goes through my head. Something must've happened, otherwise she wouldn't be calling me.

I stare at my mother's phone number, wondering what can be so important, when all of sudden, I hear my name called from the front of the classroom. I lift my eyes from the phone and narrow my eyes to see who's calling me.

"Give away these papers, please," the professor commands me, staring at me all the way from his desk. The test papers are already waiting for me by my table, levitating in the air.

Although I didn't study, the test is easy. He just wants us to write the ingredients and process and possible fuck-ups. As I'm writing, I constantly pull the sides of my white cardigan closer together at my breasts, because two of the five windows in here are opened and the cold wind is coming through them. I can usually stand the cold, because I'm used to it, but I'm freezing today. I wish I wore full stockings with this skirt, not just the half ones that don't even reach my thigh properly.
