Semicolon on my arm – semicolon on my life
Could've gone and ended it – could've drawn the slicing knife
Stopped myself and took a look
Flowers, flowers, flowers – that's all it took
Would've ended it right there – semicolon gave me care

Explanation since this might sound weird without context:
People with suicidal attempts are often symbolized with a semicolon, because they could've ended the sentence; but they chose not to.
