I look at your smile – so sugary, so sweet
Nothing could ever compare
I wonder what you'd think of me
If I were to dare
The coward growing like a vine – pierced it's heart into mine
Now I turn away from my light – the coward smiled at my decline
I wondered what'd happen if I – took a step, said "Hello"
The coward lowered itself – knocking in some wind blow
"She would hate you!" – "She would kill!"
The coward pierced on loudly – I smiled at him and laughed, "So what? It'd be a thrill"
"If said no, let her go" – I looked at him, "Wouldn't you want to know?"
The coward lowered, gave a nod – "Go on, be no fraud"
The coward and I – acquainted that day
I was no longer flawed
