I'd walk past you – your aura defying
The walls I'd built – it'd felt outlying
The laugh you'd give – so sweet, so weird
I'd be curious – my mind quite feared
Your eyes would look me – up and down
My heartbeat – it felt a frown
The dark bags hid – to the unknown
But we'd be strangers – not friends, alone
