He shook his head – scoffed and left
"Why aren't they free?" – she asked him so
He pursed his lips – he wasn't stressed
"Why are we paid less?" – she begged him then
A lift of shoulders – he didn't protest
"Then, the pink taxes?" – she cried to them
"Eh, I'm a man" – they confessed
The years went on – he enjoyed life
The woman around him – not so much
"Your child's a girl!" – Oh, Heaven's sake
He realized the sadness – with just a touch
