Chapter Fifty Two

Artemis’s P.O.V
It was finally the day of the Quidditch Match and both Draco and I were in the Great Hall during Breakfast after the both of us had gotten ready for the day and the both of us just sat there in silence, “you should eat something.” I heard him say to me, bringing me out of my thoughts, “so should you.” I told him and took a bite out of my food and so did he and we had eaten some of our food before everyone began to leave the Great Hall and myself and the rest of the Slytherin team made it out to the field and eventually the game soon began as Blaise had caught the ball and as we had gotten closer to the hoops, he passed it to me before I tried to get a goal but Ron managed to block it from going in and we continued to try and get some goals in but Ron continued to block most of them and I began to chase after Ginny since she had the ball until I ran into the keeper and hit one of the hoops before falling and managing to catch myself and went on with the game. When the Match was over, everyone left the stadium and noticed Blaise walking up next to me, “you should probably get checked out. I noticed you took a pretty nasty hit earlier.” he said and I sighed a little, “I guess” I said and noticed that my nose had been bleeding and decided to go to the Hospital Wing and I was soon told that everything was fine and that I would just be getting a few bruises before one of the Nurses told me that I was free to go and I soon left and went straight to mine and Draco’s dorm and got changed out of my Quidditch Uniform and not long after I finished getting changed, Draco soon walked into the room, “how was the game?” he asked, “dreadful. We lost.” I told him as we sat down next to each other on his bed, “looks like your nose was bleeding. Did you get hurt?” he asked and I nodded, “yeah. Ran into the keeper of the team before hitting the hoop behind him.” I told him, “did you get checked on?” he asked and I nodded before the both of us left the room and walked around before making it to the Astronomy Tower, “I want you to go to the Weasley’s for Christmas.” he blurted out, “what? Why?” I asked him, “because I know you want to see Fred since you haven’t in a while and because I want you to stay as far away from Voldemort as possible.” he said to me, “but what about you?” I asked him, “I’ll be fine. I’ll write to you about what’s going on if you want alright or I’ll tell you after the Holidays. And besides, I already wrote to them about it to recently and they had gotten back during your game and said they were alright with you coming by.” he said and I nodded, “alright then” I said to him and eventually the both of us had left the Astronomy Tower and went back to our Dorm for the night.

It was another day and both Draco and I went to our classes throughout the day until later on that night, the both of us were sitting on one of the window ledges and we were both silent, not wanting to talk as I looked outside before hearing someone walking by and I looked to see that it was Harry and Luna as they walked past and once they were out of earshot Draco had spoken up, “we should get to the Room of Requirement.” he said and the both of us got up and went to the Room of Requirement and once we got there, Draco managed to get the door to appear and we soon walked inside and soon found the Vanishing Cabinet before Draco pulled of the covering before putting the apple inside and began to say the spell before hearing it leave before Draco opened it to see that it was gone before closing it and began to say the same spell again before hearing it come back only to soon see that someone had taken a bite out of it and the both of us just looked at each other before we decided to leave after putting the covering back on the Cabinet, “go Back to the dorm. I’ll meet you there.” he said and I nodded and began to wonder the halls before I went back to our Dorm until I had noticed someone listening to was Draco and Snape were talking about and once I had gotten closer, I saw that it was Harry and and hid until Snape and Draco left and once they did, I quickly walked up to Harry as he was leaving before pulling him back as he hit the wall, “bloody hell were doing, huh?” I asked him, “So it is true. About you and Draco.” he said, “So far no one believes you and besides, did you really think Draco and I wanted this? We didn’t have a bloody choice in the matter, so get that through that thick head of yours or I’ll do it for you. Do you understand?” I said to him and he nodded before I walked  away and rushed back to the dorm to find Draco was doing the same and once we went inside, I tried catching my breath and calming down, “what’s wrong?” Draco asked me, “Harry was listening to you and Snape when you both were talking in the hall earlier.” I told him letting out a sigh, “what did you say to him?” he asked, “I told him no one would believe him considering McGonagall, Ron and Hermione don't. And if he’s at the Weasley’s for Christmas, he’s going to most likely talk to his father about it.” I told him, “I guess we’ll see what happens since I doubt he’d listen to what we have to say.” Draco told me, “I guess you're right. I’ll let you know what happens alright.” I told him and he nodded and the both of us continued to talk about it for a while until the both of us had gone to bed later that night.
