Artemis’s P.O.V It has been a couple of months since the War with Voldemort and people are still recovering from the trauma of it all and both Fred and I have been writing to each other everyday since that day and has told me about a date that he’d been planning as well and I was getting excited as today was the day of that date and Mother was helping me pick out an outfit as the both of us were laughing every now and then as well until we finally picked out an outfit and I got changed and when I was done, Mother helped me with my hair and makeup.

By the time we were finally done, I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled to myself, “you look beautiful darling.” she said, “thanks mum” I said to her before the both of us left my room and made our way downstairs before seeing Fred was sitting with Father and Draco as the three of them talked before seeing me and I smiled at Fred as he stood up and walked over to me, “you look beautiful” he said to me, causing me to blush a little, “thanks.” I said, “these are for you.” he said handing me flowers and I smelt them,

“thank you.” I said to him, “Here, let me take those so you two can get going on your date. And the both of you have fun and be safe” Mother said as she grabbed the flowers, “we will. See you later.” I said before Fred and I left the Manor and Apparated to a place where a picnic was set up on a hill where it was looking over a field of flowers and I stood there looking around in surprise, “do you like it?” he asked me, “like it? I love it. It’s beautiful Freddie.” I told him and looked at him to see him smiling and I smiled as well and the both of us sat down and started eating as we talked. After a while, I was looking at the view before seeing Fred standing up, “what are you doing Fred?” I asked him before he held out his hand and I took it before standing up myself, “I’ve been thinking and planning this for a while along with help from your brother and mother and it would make me the happiest man alive if you could do me the honor in marrying me.” he said as he got down on one knee and I stood there in shock and surprise, “yes. Yes I’ll marry you.” I said to him and he smiled before putting the ring on my finger and soon stood up and kissed me as he spun me around and I giggled, “I love you Artemis Malfoy.” he said as he set me down, “I love you to Fred Weasley.” I said to him before kissing him again and we continued with our date laughing and talking before we both decided to leave and head back.
