I have always thought that I needed to be in the mood for spa time. There had to be enough time to relax and enjoy the full experience, which doesn't happen with busy lives. So, I did a "thoughts process" reset. I took my daughter for her birthday for spa time. I didn't think I would enjoy it with so much going on in our lives. But, quite the opposite happened. I enjoyed it immensely. The massage was amazing! Was it the masseuse, the company (my daughter), or just the disconnect from everything? It truly was the most enjoyable day ever. Lesson from this... Don't wait for the perfect time, it will never come about.
