** Ian's POV | 8:30 a.m. **

"Ian, Marley. Wake up, wake up, wake up!" Aaliyah and Riley screamed as they jumped on top of both of us.

I layed there for a minute, trying to motivate myself to get up and out of bed.

"We're hungry!" They said.

"Okay, okay, I'm up." I said.

"Now get down before y'all wake up Mar. She's had a long night." I continued on.

Last night around 3 a.m. she woke up out of her sleep crying. I didn't bother asking what's wrong because I figured her mom and step-dad was the reason. I just laid there and stroked her hair until she drifted back off to sleep.

"C'mon girls let's head downstairs." I instructed them.

We headed downstairs and entered the kitchen.

I grabbed a carton of eggs, some bacon and a loaf of bread.

"Y'all wanna help Chef Williams cook?" I asked them.

"YES!" Their eyes lit up.

"Riley and Aaliyah, I need y'all to crack six eggs." I told them as I showed them how to do the first egg.

I quickly began cooking the bacon and I slipped the bread into the toaster oven.

"We're done Ian!" They squealed. That was fast.

"Okay, now y'all can go wake up Mar. While y'all up there, please brush y'all grills because I can smell em." I joked.

All three of us laughed hysterically before they disappeared up the stairs.

I poured the eggs into the pan and began frying them. It wasn't a surprise that the eggs had a few eggshells in them but for two year olds I would've expected worst than this.

I set up all four of our plates and waited for my girls to come back down. First Riley and Aaliyah sat down at the table and immediately began munching on their toast. Lastly, there was Marley walking downstairs. She looked amazing even though she just woke up.

"Good Morning babe," I greeted her.

"Good Morning," she replied while leaning down and kissing me.

"Thanks for breakfast Chef." She joked.

"Ohhh no, not you too," I sighed while plugging my nose.

She pushed the side of my head and said,"Boy don't play with me!"

Throughout the whole breakfast, Mar and I had to hear Aaliyah and Riley's stories about tons of imaginary things; including the monster that was supposedly under their bed last night.

Breakfast was over. Despite the extremely crunchy eggs it was good.

"How many guys do y'all know that can cook as good as me?" I said arrogantly.

Everybody looked at me sideways. And said, "Tuh."

Marley's POV

The girls ran upstairs with Ian and I following closely behind. We helped them bathe and pick out something to wear for today. Aaliyah had on a sleeveless denim shirt with sequins on it's collar, denim shorts to match, and pink shoes and accessories to top it off. The typical Aaliyah. To no surprise Riley had an outfit on almost identical to Aaliyah's. I am really starting to wonder about these girls.

"Stay here and watch Disney Channel. Ian and I are going to get ready now." I said.

I heard the girls whispering to one another as I began walking away.
