MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY

** Ian's POV **

Tonight was my night to get the boys ready for bedtime. I hope they sleep through the entire night tonight.

"Can my little men promise me something?" I asked outloud. They all flung their heads in my direction and smiled.

"Promise me that you guys will be big boys tonight and stay in your beds. Mommy and I need a little alone time." I explained in a low tome, hoping Marley wasn't eavesdropping.

"We promise Daddy, but what are you gonna give us for doing you a favor?" The youngest, Camdyn asked. Camdyn was the negotiator; he believes strongly in returning favors.

"Yeah Daddy, what do we get?" Cameron and Carter asked.

"Well let me see ... What do you guys want?" I asked.

"A puppy." Our oldest, Carter burst out. They weren't ready for a puppy just yet so that was a definite no.

"Nooo silly, we want a trip to a big amusement park." The middle child , Cameron , suggested. I must admit, he had a pretty good idea.

"Both are good ideas Daddy, so what you think?" Camdyn asked.

Both Cameron and Carter pleaded their cases on how one's idea was better than the other.

"Theme park it is." I made my final decision. All three jumped up in excitement.

"So do we have a deal?" I asked.

"Yes!" They screamed before tackling me with hugs.

"I love you guys." I said while picking all three of them up.

"We love you too Daddy!" They said in unison before climbing off of me and into their beds, one-by-one.

"Alright guys, I'll leave the TV on tonight. Have a goodnight." I said before walking out of their door and closing it shut.

** Marley's POV **

I sat in the tub and thought back on how perfect today was. The wedding was beautiful, everything went as planned and all the guests were happy. All of that stressing wasn't in vein.

"Baby?" Ian called out while peeping his head through the door.

"Yes Husband?" I asked.

"You almost finished in there?" He answered with another question.

"Yeah, almost. What you need?" I replied.

"Oh nothing, just stay there okay." He said before leaving.

My mind immediately rushed to trying to come up with solutions to what he was doing. When it comes down to Ian, there's no telling. I decided to go against the little voice in my head and remain in the bathtub.

After about ten minutes he reappeared. Ian had on nothing but some Calvin Klein boxers and some long Nike socks. I must admit, after all these years, my baby still has it. No wonder I've always had a craving for chocolate.
