** Ian's POV **
It was this pussy ass nigga Daniel. My blood began too boil immediately. This fuck nigga tried to take my mother's life away; The most important woman in my life.
"Son, handle it." My dad said as him and Craig went into the next room.
I immediately felt this rage rush over me.
"Stand the fuck up nigga!" I yelled as I clenched my fist.
"If you gone kill me, just do it nigga." Daniel replied.
"I'ma ask you one more time to stand up! Get the hell up!" I yelled once more. My voice echoed throughout the warehouse.
Daniel rose to his feet slowly. This lil nigga wasn't no more than 5 feet tall. He was scrawny with hardy any muscles. This must be a fucking joke.
"Why did you do it?" I questioned while punching him in the face.
I hit Daniel in the face causing blood to flow out of his mouth instantly.
"Stand up!" I shouted.
"Why?" I asked again.
This nigga was really beginning to test my patience. It took everything in me not to beat this nigga brains out; fuck using a gun.
"Bruh, chill. I c-c-can explain." Daniel stuttered as he grabbed his face.
"Get to talking nigga!" I yelled while yanking him up and throwing him against the wall.
"I was just tryna get on top. I don't know what I was thinking yo. I feel bad. A nigga threatened to kill my family if I didn't do it." He started.
I sent another blow to his face. He was a sorry excuse for a man.
"Save that shit! That was my fucking momma you lit up. I had to sit there and watch they life drain out of her. You almost took her away from me; just for money. If you wanted money, you coulda asked!" I explained.
I grabbed his arm and twisted it back. Daniel began screaming in agony as I twisted his shoulder out of place. I managed to wrap my hands around his neck. I was trying to decapitate this nigga with my bare hands.
"Woah, woah!" My dad and Craig ran into the room.
I grabbed my gun and began beating him in the face. I was aiming right at his nose and mouth. I could hear his jaw break from the force.
"Calm down! Chill!" Craig shouted as he grabbed me.
"Let me go nigga!" I screamed as I kicked Daniel in his face one last time.
I tried to break free of Craig's grasp but couldn't. This nigga Daniel was lucky.
"Son, calm down. You got your answer." My dad said while stepping in between the two of us.
"No, he almost killed my mother. What the fuck was I gone do without her! She's my heart and you he could've took it from me; over money!" I yelled while breaking free from Craig.
I dashed back towards Daniel's spot on the floor but before I could get to him my dad grabbed me.
"Take him to the truck Craig." My dad yelled while pushing me towards the door.
"No wait!" I yelled as my dad paused.
"Who put a hit out on my mom?" I asked Daniel.
"Reggie." He murmured.
The rage that I had inside of me was just unbelievable. I've always been so loving and chill but some people just bring out the worst me. I never knew I had this in me.
"C'mon boy." Craig said while holding my arms.
The door to the warehouse closed as my dad remained inside. I hope he isn't thinking about sparing this nigga's life.
"Ian, calm down. You're dad knows what he's doing." Craig said while holding me.
"I understand that." I said while trying to calm down.
"Alright boy, tighten up. Get yourself together before your dad comes back." He demanded.
I grabbed a clean shirt and changed. I couldn't stand the stench of Daniel's blood all over me. I'm not used to this shit.
"Alright, let's go. Craig we gone come back here later on to finish business." My dad said while getting back into the truck.
Craig just nodded his head and leaned back in the seat.
"Baby boy, I didn't know you had that much fire in you." My dad said while smiling.
"I didn't know either." I relied while looking down and my bloody hands.
"I like that. You have to be a dog at times son. In this lifestyle you can't be nice to everyone." My dad explained.
"Yes sir." I said while nodding my head.
"I think you should join us more often lil nigga. You're old enough now and we need extra surveillance so shit like this won't happen again." Craig added.
"What you think son?" My dad asked.
"I'm in." I relied.
Those two words remained in my head the whole way home. My life was going to change. I don't know in what ways but this is something I have to do.
