Stopping Snape

Jacob had told Harry and Ron what Dumbledore told him when he first met the old wizard and needless to say both the boys were shock.

"Voldemort killed your parents too?" Harry asked "But why?"

"I don't know Harry" Jacob replied "Dumbledore won't tell me anything because he wants me to wait until I'm older to find out"

"Bloody hell" Was all Ron could say.

"There's something else" Jacob said "When we encountered Voldemort in the forest I heard a hissing voice in my head. It said 'The Great One's Legacy shall end'

"Who's the Great One?" Harry asked.

"Don't look at me" Ron said "Hermione?"

"It's the first I've heard of it" She replied. "But I'm sure there's something in the library about whoever they are"

"Well one thing's for sure. I will fins out before I graduate from here" Jacob said "Even if it is the last thing I ever do"

A few weeks later the Quartet had finished their End Of Year exams. But that was the last thing on Jacob's mind at the moment. He was still trying to figure who this so called "Great One" was.

"I'd always heard Hogwarts End Of Year exams were frightful" Hermione said "But I found them rather enjoyable"

"Speak for yourself" Ron said as he noticed Harry was rubbing his scar.

"My scar it keeps burning" Harry said

"It's happened before right?" Jacob asked "When we were in the forest with You-Know-Who"

"I think it's a warning" Harry said "It mean danger is coming"

The Quartet stopped as they heard flute music. It was coming from Hagrid.

"Oh of course" Harry said.

"What is it mate?" Jacob asked as the and the others followed Harry.

"Don't you think it's a bit odd that what Hagrid wants more than anything is a dragon?" Harry asked "And a complete stranger turns up and just so happens to have one, I mean how many people wander around with Dragon eggs in their pocket, why didn't I see it before?"

The Quartet then ran up to the Half-Giant.

"Hagrid, who gave you the dragon egg?" Harry asked "What did he look like?"

"I don't know" Hagrid replied "I never saw his face he kept his hood up"

"This Stranger though, You two must've talked" Jacob said

"Well, he wanted to know what sort of creatures I looked after" Hagrid said "I told him I said after Fluffy a dragon is gonna be no problem"

"Did he seem interested in Fluffy?" Harry asked.

"Well of course he seemed interested in Fluffy" Hagrid replied "How often do you come across a 3-headed dog even in the trade? But I told him that the trick with any beast is to know how to calm it. Take Fluffy for example. Just play a bit of music and he falls straight to sleep........ I shouldn't have told you that.

"Thanks Hagrid" Jacob said as he and the others ran to Professor McGonagall's office. "Professor we need to see Professor Dumbledore now"

"I'm afraid Professor Dumbledore is not here" McGonagall said "He received an urgent owl from the Ministry Of Magic and left immediately for London"

"He's gone? Now? But this is important!" Harry said "It's about the Sorcerer's Stone"

"How do you know-" McGonagall asked before Jacob cut her off.
