Fudge had arrived with Percy and Kingsley and was escorted by Umbridge to Dumbledore's Office with Percy holding Jacob and Harry by their shirt collars.
"I've been watching them for weeks. And see Dumbledore's Army proof of what I've been telling you right from the beginning Cornelius" Umbridge said "All your fear mongering about You-Know-Who never fooled us for a minute. We saw your lies for what they were. A smokescreen for your plot to seize control of the Ministry"
"Naturally" Dumbledore said.
"No, Professor. It was all my idea, Harry and Professor Dumbledore had nothing to do with it" Jacob said.
"Most noble of you Jacob, to shield me" Dumbledore said "But the parchment clearly says Dumbledore's Army, Not Potter's or Archer's. I instructed them to form this organization. And I and I alone am responsible for it's activities"
"Dispatch an owl to the Daily Prophet" Fudge said "If we hurry, we should still make the morning edition. Dawlish, Shacklebolt, you will escort Dumbledore to Azkaban.....to await trial for conspiracy and sedition"
"Ah, I thought we might hit this little snag" Dumbledore said walking behind his desk. "You seem to be laboring under the delusion that I'm going what was the phrase? 'Come quietly' I can tell you this. I have no intention of going to Azkaban"
"Enough of this" Umbridge sneered "Take him!"
Suddenly Fawkes flew down and grabbed onto the Phoenix's tail and disappeared into a burst of flames.

Just as the flames died down, everyone saw that Dumbledore was gone.
"Well, you may not like him Minister" Kingsley said "But you can't deny, Dumbledore's got style" ______________________________________
The next day Umbridge took it upon herself to replace Dumbledore as Headmaster, which made everyone who weren't in her inquistral squad very upset.
Later everyone who participated in Dumbledore's Army had received Detention in the Great Hall and all received the same punishment that Umbridge gave Jacob and Harry earlier in the school year. Jacob sat in the next next to Hermione and saw how she was in pain. The made Jacob angry as he glared at Umbridge while she sat there in the front drinking tea like she was queen of the world.
Later when detention was over the students saw Cho standing outside the Great Hall as they all glared and walked past her. ______________________________________
The next day the Quintet walked outside onto the bridge. Jacob held Hermione's but couldn't help but look at the scaring on her had. Jacob hated that bitch with every fiber of his being.
"I promise you this. When this year is done that toad faced bitch is going to get what's coming to her" Jacob snarled while Hermione rubbed his back to comfort him.
