A few months had past since the third year at Hogwarts came to an end. Jacob was tossing and turning in his bed having another nightmare.
"Kill the spare!"
"AVADA KADAVRA!"
Jacob sat straight up from his bed after the nightmare covered in sweat while breathing heavily.
"That was Pettigrew's voice, but who was he killing? Jacob thought to himself "And who did the other voice belong to? It sounded so familiar"
Jacob thinking about the dream until he heard knocking on his bedroom door.
"Jacob wake up, Hermione's gonna be here any minute" Jennifer said through the door.
"Oh bloody hell, I forgot she was coming today!"
"I'll be down in a minute Aunt Jenny" Jacob said
"Ok, don't take too long" Jennifer said heading downstairs.
While Jacob was getting ready Jennifer heard a knock at the front door and opened it.
"Hermione dear, welcome to our home" Jennifer said giving a hug to the young lady.
"Hi Jennifer" Hermione greeted as she hugged back and brought her luggage inside.
"I hope you had a safe trip over here Hermione" Jason said entering the room.
"Oh I did, my parents dropped me off. They wanted to meet you but unfortunately they have a lot appointments today" Hermione said.
"We understand dear" Jennifer said as she walked to the front of the steps. "Jacob, Hermione's here!"
"I'll be right down!" Jacob called out.
"Make yourself at home dear" Jennifer said to Hermione. "Would you like a cup of tea?"
"No thank you, I already had 2 cups before I came here" Hermione said.
Just Jennifer left the room Hermione heard meowing coming from the top of the stairs. She turned and saw Sky running down the stairs and then jumped into her arms.
"Hi Sky" Hermione said hugging the fluffy white cat while Sky nudged Hermione's head lovingly and purred. "I know, I missed you too. And so did Crookshanks"
As Hermione let Crookshanks out of his carrier to play with Sky, Jacob made his way down the stairs. Hermione then saw that he got taller and his hair had gotten longer.

"Hey Mione" Jacob greeted as the two of them hugged.
"Hi Jacob, I see you let your hair grow out" Hermione said with her arms wrapped around his neck.
"You don't like it?" Jacob asked.
"No I do" Hermione said "I've just never seen you with long hair. It looks good on you"
