The next morning Jacob had woken up and saw Hermione on top of him. He then smiled and kissed her on her forehead.

She then let out a soft moan while she opened her eyes and smiled upon seeing her loving boyfriend.
"Morning" She said softly as they kissed.
"Morning Love" Jacob said. "We should probably get up"
"Nooo, I wanna stay in bed with my boyfriend" Hermione said snuggling closer to Jacob.
"I do too Mione, but we have to get up" Jacob said. "I promised Harry I'd go with him to his trial"
"Ok baby....." Hermione said as she got got out of bed. "But when you get back I expect more snuggling"
"Of course my love" Jacob chuckled.
The two of them stepped out of Jacob's room. Hermione then went down stairs while Jacob noticed Harry and Ron staring at him with smiles on their faces.
"Had a good night sleep did we?" Harry asked.
"I'd say a very good night sleep" Ron added.
"Get your minds out of the gutters, nothing happened" Jacob said as the other two boys laughed. ______________________________________
Later that day Jason and Arthur took Harry and Jacob to the Ministry Of Magic. They had gotten in an elevator and entered the Department of Mysteries.
Just then they heard whispers and saw Lucius Malfoy talking to Fudge.

Jacob growled and was about to charge straight at Lucius before Jason grabbed him.
"This is not the time or the place" Jason said.
Jacob continued to glare at Lucius as the Death Eater smirked sinisterly. The group then walked away and approached the room where Harry's trial is set to take place.
"Remember, speak only when spoken to" Arthur said "Keep calm. You've done nothing wrong"
"Jacob you have to stay out here with us" Jason said "Since this his Harry's trial he has to go in alone"
