After class had ended, Ron was going on about how great Moody was.
"Brilliant, isn't he?" He asked.
"Brilliant? He's bonkers that's what he is" Linda said. "He could've done the lesson without that spider"
"Can't argue with that" Ron said.
"There's a reason those curses are unforgivable." Hermione said harshly "To preform them in a class room. I mean did you see the looks on Neville and Jacob's face?"
"Speaking of which" Jacob said as he and the Quintet stopped to see Neville frozen with fear. "You alright there Nev?"
Just then Moody came down the steps.
"Son, you alright?" He asked as Neville nodded.
"Come on, we'll have a cup of tea. I want to show you something" Moody said as ge turned to Jacob. "Care to join us Archer?"
"N-no thank you sir" Jacob replied.
"Suit yourself" Moody said as he and Neville went back upstairs.
Hermione then looked towards Jacob with a worried look on her face.
"What about you?" She asked placing a comforting hand on Jacob's shoulder. "Are you alright?"
"To be honest I've been better" He replied. "That Killing Curse brought back a lot of bad memories"
"You want to talk about it?" Hermione asked.
"Maybe later, we should get going to our other classes" Jacob said as he and Hermione went down the steps together, leaving Harry, Ron and Linda alone.
"Wish those two would just kiss already.....' Linda said as boys agreed. ______________________________________
It was now Thursday night. The night all 7th years at Hogwarts, Durmstang and Beauxbatons were to put their names into the Goblet Of Fire to be selected for the Triwizard Tournament.
Hermione and Jacob then watched as Cedric put his name into the Goblet.
"Even if I was 17 I still wouldn't put my name in that cup" Jacob said.
"I think you would be fine" Hermione said "You are a descendant of Merlin after all"
"Doesn't mean I'm invincible Mione." Jacob said.
"Yes!" Fred and George yelled entering the Great Hall.
"Well lads we did it!" Fred said.
"Cooked it up just this morning" George said.
"It's not going to work" Hermione said in a singing tone of voice which made Jacob chuckle.

"Why's that Granger?" George asked.
"You see this?" Hermione said pointing to the ring surrounding the Goblet. "This is an Age Line. Dumbledore drew it himself"
