A few days had past since the Snake attack. The Quartet were now in a beautiful forest. Jacob stepped out of the tent holding a blanket as he walked up to Hermione.
"Figured you could use some company" He said as Hermione turned to him.
"You should be resting my love" Hermione said.
"I'm fine Hermione really" Jacob insisted. "Besides, you're the one out here in the cold"
Jacob sat next to his Fiancée and wrapped the blanket around them both while she snuggled closer to him.
"My hero" Hermione said kissing Jacob cheek. Jacob scoffed at that remark.
"I'm starting to think Harry was right" Jacob said.
"About what?" Hermione asked.
"About everyone viewing me as a hero" Jacob said.
"Because you are. You're just too modest and stubborn to admit it" Hermione said.
"I'm stubborn? That's rich coming from you Mione" Jacob said as the both laughed.
"But you really are a hero. At least in my eyes you always will be" Hermione said as the shared a kiss.
"Thanks Mione" Jacob said looking around the forest. "You really out did yourself this time love"
"The Forest Of Dean" Hermione said "I came here once with Mum and Dad.......years ago. It's just how I remember it. The trees, the river. Everything. Like nothing's changed. Not true of course, everything's changed. If I brought my parents back here now, they wouldn't recognized any of it. Not the trees..... not the river......not even me."
"Mione....." Jacob said sadly.
"Maybe we should just stay here Jacob. Grow old together" Hermione said.

"And hide for the rest of our lives?" Jacob asked "That sounds like something the old Hermione would say"
"Old Hermione?" Hermione asked.
"You said earlier that everything's changed and they have. Including you" Jacob said looking into his Fiancée's eyes. "When I first met you, you were just this cute, intelligent yet, shy, insecure girl who said she had no friends. And now you've become the strong, confident, beautiful woman I fell in love with"
"I wouldn't be that way if it wasn't for you" Hermione said smiling "You changed me, made me a better person and I will love you forever because of that"
"You changed me as well my love" Jacob said "For a long time I thought the only kind of love I needed was the love Aunt Jenny and Uncle Jason gave me. Then you came into my life and showed what it feels like be loved by someone other than family. I never asked for that kind of love........but it's what I needed to be to truly happy. And I've never been happier than when I'm with you Hermione"
