Just then Ron and Harry entered the Great Hall wearing their dress robes.
"Where the hell have you two been?" Jacob asked. "Padma and Parvati are waiting for you. I asked them out for you could at least show up on time!"
"Sorry....." Harry said.
"What's got you so on edge?" Ron asked.
"Sorry guys, I'm just nervous" Jacob sighed. "I'm going to dance with Hermione and I don't want to mess this night up for her"
"Hello boys" Padma and Parvati said.
"Don't you look..... dashing" Parvati said.
"Cut him some slack, it belonged to his his Great-Aunt Tessy" Jacob said smiling.
"You really do look dashing Jacob" Padma said "Hermione is a lucky girl"
"If anything I'm the lucky one" Jacob said. "I honestly didn't think she would say yes"
"Oh, there you are Potter and Archer" McGonagall said approaching them. "Are you ready?"
"Ready Professor?" Harry asked.
"To dance you idiot" Jacob said.
"And Mr. Acher where's Miss Granger?" McGonagall asked.
"Hopefully she'll be down soon Professor" Jacob replied.
Ron then left with Parvati while Jacob stayed behind with Harry and Padma.
"She looks beautiful!" Padma said.
Both Harry and Jacob turned around and looked up to see a beautiful woman coming down the stairs. It was Hermione wearing a blue dress as well as the necklace and bracelet he got her a few years ago.
