I wake up from a dreamless deep sleep to see Keigo blissfully passed out in my arms. A comforting smile is on his face, but his eyes remain closed. The sight fills me with an annoying feeling of joy, and I roll my eyes at my own emotions. I never thought in a million years I'd ever be head over heels for someone...much less some golden retriever boy. The burning odor has subsided, and it looks like the remainder of the night went without accidents. I take a closer peek at his wings, and I can see that his feathers have already started to grow back. I look at my phone on the nightstand to see that we slept through the entirety of Sunday. Suddenly, a sharp rapping knock sounds at our door.

"WAKE UP SLEEPY HEADS! CLASS STARTS IN TWENTY MINUTES! WE CHOOSE OUR HERO NAMES TODAY!" Rumi's voice screams through the door, and Keigo jolts awake. My heart stops; I had completely forgotten.

"Shit!" I hiss as I jump out of bed and tear off my white T-shirt, scrambling to the closet to grab my school uniform. Keigo stretches before sending his feathers to snatch up his white button-up and tie.

"I think that's the best I've ever slept in here. You should be the big spoon more often," He mumbles as he pulls his shirt off and snatches the clothes from his feathers. I chuckle as I hastily button up the white-collared shirt, careful not to button the top one to not look too serious. I can't have my reputation muddled by looking put together. I pull on the grey pants before slipping on the grey overcoat, not bothering to button that up. When I turn around, Keigo is already finished getting ready; his entire uniform is in pristine condition, down to his perfectly tied grey and black tie. I sloppily loop the fabric around my neck before Keigo comes up to fix it for me.

"So, what's your hero name gonna be?" I ask him.

"ARE Y'ALL DRESSED YET?! I'M COMING IN!" Rumi shouts before kicking our door open with her heeled school shoes. She has her white hair pulled up in a messy bun, her awkwardly large ears poking out of her scalp.

"Good morning to you, too," I grumble as Keigo finishes his handiwork on my tie. Rumi starts to say something before her eyes narrow, staring at Keigo's wings. Her eyes dart to me with an accusatory glare. I stare at the floor, guilt suddenly flooding me again.

"It was an accident, Rue. I'm fine. They grow back," Keigo firmly says before walking up to her and giving her a hug.

"Do it again and you're dead," She seethes, making direct eye contact with me.

'I'll do that myself if I end up hurting him again. Don't worry.'

I nod, refusing to let Keigo hear those words.

"Alright, so. Hero names? What have you two decided?" She says confidently. Keigo preens his feathers before standing tall and smirking.

"Wing Hero: Hawks. Obviously. It fits me to a T. Don't you agree, Todoroki?" He nudges me with his elbow, and a small smile breaks on my face.

"Pretentious is what it is, bird brain. What about you, Usagiyama? You going with Cotton Tail or Carrots?" I snicker before draping an arm around Keigo's shoulder. Rumi snorts and stomps her foot, shaking the room.

"Rabbit Hero: Mirko. It means beauty in some cultures, and it sounds cool! Strong and independent, just like me!" She holds her head high as if in triumph, and Keigo claps giddily. I roll my eyes, and they both turn to look at me.

"What about you, Fire Hazard? You can't exactly have your title be 'Flame Hero' now can you?" Rumi teases, and I roll my eyes. I hadn't given it much thought. "What about Hellstorm since you love raising hell so much? That's your Quirk anyway right? Hellflame, like your old man?" She presses.

'All this time, and I've never told either of them. Huh. Don't know how that slipped my mind. It's not like they called our Quirks with role anyway. It's because I skipped orientation, so all the new people had no idea who I was.'
