"Shit Andy," I said throwing a shirt on, "it's almost 3 o'clock!"

After my little breakthrough with Andy, we decided that neither of us were ready for anything serious. However, after we had sex again and then a couple times after that, (and then once more) we decided that friends with benefits wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

"Relax Jo." He sighed.

He'd been calling me by my nickname like that for the last four days, ever since he found out what it was.

"The concert doesn't start until seven!"

"Yes but, I still have to get ready and the girls and Syd wanted to meet up for food first." I called back.

My brother Adrian was about a quarter way through his first headlining tour and his next show was tonight at Irving Plaza in New York. Even though the venue he was playing wasn't too big, I was super proud of him and wanted to be there for it.

"Hey, have you seen my-" Andy started to ask as he walks into the bathroom, "black serpent tee..."

He let out a chuckle as he checked me up and down.

"What," I asked as I looked down to realize that I was wearing the shirt he couldn't find, "shit sorry. Do you want it back?"

"No you're good," he said smirking, "but, next time, if you want one of my shirts, all you have to do is ask."

I didn't mean to put his shirt on. Honestly, I just threw on the first one I saw but, I'd be lying if I said it wasn't comfy as hell. It was a little big on me but, I liked my sleeping shirts like that.

"Ok get out asshole I have to shower." I giggled.

"Hmm," he pondered for a moment, "you know, I think I could use a shower too."

Andy sent me a wink which led me to pushing him out of the bathroom while laughing my ass off.

"Look who decided to show up!" Sydney shouted as me an Andy walked up to the table the three of my best friends were sitting at.

We decided to meet up at a food truck that was near the venue Dee was playing tonight. I had never been but, Gracie said the food was bomb and it had a pretty cute set up.

"Sorry, someone couldn't decide what they wanted to wear." Andy chuckled nodding his head in my direction.

I gave him a little shove and took one of the two remaining seats.

"Aw tell me about it," Sydney laughed along, taking Andy's side, "I almost had a heart attack when Gracie picked me up on time"

Gracie pinched his side before taking a bite of her food.

"I see you guys took the liberty of ordering without us." I smirked noticing the dishes in front of them.

Gracie chose a cheese quesadilla, Sydney had two shrimp tacos with a side of rice in front of him and, Presley had opted for a burrito bowl.

"Well you were taking forever!" Presley mentioned with her mouth full of food, making us all laugh a bit.

"What do you want to eat?" Andy leaned closer to me to hear my answer.

"Oh I'll just have a burrito." I smiled as he got up to place our orders.

My gaze only left him when Sydney started to speak.

"So how long have you two been a thing?"

"What," I asked growing red in the face, "no no no we're not together."

"Sure," Sydney chuckled, "that's why you're so flustered right?"

This caught the attention of Gracie and Presley.

"Wait are you guys a thing?" Gracie gasped.

"Look at her face," Presley chimed in reaching up to poke my cheek, "they're definitely a thing!"

I swatted her hand away, "We're not a thing!"

All three of them sighed with disappointment.

"But," I started again, "we may or may not have...hooked up a couple times-"

Gracie squealed in excitement, earning glares from the couple of the people eating around us.

"I fucking knew it!" she giggled.

"You didn't know it, I did!" Sydney declared.

Before anyone could say anything else Andy returned to the table with the burrito I asked for and a chicken fajita for himself.

"So what'd I miss?"

"Uh," I said the first thing that came to my mind.

"Your mom."
