Andy
What the hell? I thought as I hung up the phone
I couldn't even begin to wrap my head around what was going on in Ashton's head as I walked up to Gracie's front door.
"How much did she have?" I asked as Gracie opened the door.
"I don't know, she wouldn't let me cut her off."
I pushed past Gracie and went straight to Ashton, who was laying on the couch next to a passed out Presley. She was closely examining her own fingers before she noticed my presence.
"Andy!"
She jumped up and pulled me into a hug. I had to push her away because just the smell of weed made me sick to my stomach.
"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" She cried
"Come on," I chuckled before lightly grabbing her wrist, "it's time to go home Jo."
She stumbled behind me as I pulled her through the front door. She pulled herself from my grip and started running back and forth on the sidewalk.
"I'm superman!"
Her sudden accusation pulled both me and Gracie to the ground with laughter.
"I'm serious! I can do anything! Here give me your keys!"
I tried to compose myself as I stood back up, "Superman is not allowed to drive home tonight ok?"
"Oh duh," She smacked her palm to her forehead, "I can just fly obviously!"
"Shh," I chuckled again as I pulled her into me to keep her from wondering into the busy street in front of us, "it's too late baby, you're not supposed to fly past 11:30 it's 12:00."
Gracie laughed at my attempt to get Ashton in my car.
"I can drive you if you want?" I smiled as her eyes widened and she gave an eager nod.
"You'd do that for me?" She smiled as I got her into the passenger seat and buckled her in.
I think I'd do just about anything for you Jo.
