The next morning, I wake up next to Brand and I reach my phone to see my mum texted me dozens of time. I quickly sit up and grab my car keys. My head is throbbing like crazy and I need some advil to cure it up. I hiss at the pain and drive myself to my mum's house. I hopefully not to see Alice again because I kind of despise her at the moment. I open the front door to see my mum pouting.
"What?"
"Drive me to grocery store, come on." She walks past me and then I drive her there.
"Mum, do you have some advil?" I ask her during the drive.
"Drinking again, Niall?" She shakes her head.
"Yeah," I chuckle.
When we finish shopping for groceries, I drive back to mum's house and see Denise's car parks on our driveway. I get a little excited to see Theo, so I decide not to be a grumpy guy this time. Denise gets out of Judith's house and she reaches Maura for a hug and then me. I see Theo on the stroller and I grab him to play with him. He's kind of happy to see me.
"Come on in, Denise." My mum gestures Denise in and thank God the house is empty, that means Alice isn't here anymore. I still carry Theo and I put him on the couch with me, watching spongebob squarepants together.
"Niall, take your own advil, here." My mum shouts to me in the kitchen.
"Hang in there, little man." I tap Theo's back and walk to the kitchen to gulp two pills of advil.
"Niall, have you met Melanie yet? She's here." Denise says. I choke and the pills that were on my mouth, fly out and fall on the ground.
