"Niall, clean that up!" My mum points her index finger on the ground before leaving us to another room.

"What did you—Melanie?" I put the glass of water on the counter as I wipe off the remaining on my chin.

"She's he—" Denise cuts off by a front door opens. I thought it's just Alice so I demand her to tell me.

"Ni—Niall." I shift my head quickly to the girl of my life standing between the kitchen door frame. She looks appalled. I briefly run to her and hug her in such a swift moment that I almost slip away, but I don't really care. I hug her with all my strength as she pulls me also, tightly. I can't believe she's here, fighting for me. For us. Her scent, her voice, her face and even her arms, all in sudden cure me just by a simple slap on my face.

"Who is this?" My mum intrudes our hug, with Theo in her arms.

"Hi, Mrs. Horan, I'm Melanie, Niall's friend from America." She informs her.

"Oh, hi!" My mum pulls her into a side hug as I can't remove the grin off of my face. "Well, me, Theo and Denise are going to the city. Are you coming?" My mum asks the both of us.

"No, we are okay just staying in the house, mum." I assure her as she teasingly smiles and also Denise. Why are they doing it. I wave a small pace to Theo as he giggles at me. I close and lock the door and turn my body to face Melanie who runs into me and hugs me, again. "I miss you so much, Melanie." I lift her and playfully throw her on the couch.

"Niall, I'm sorry. But, you have to let me explain." She says, holding my cheeks with her cold palms. I miss her touch, I miss her voice. I miss her lips.

"It's okay, it's okay. It's over now." I say with my lowest and my most gentle voice I've ever made. I lean in to kiss her plumpy big lips as I hold her face.

She pulls away in a quick motion making me slightly disappointed. "Niall, you have a girlfriend." She looks away.

"What?!" I lift my hands up. "And who is it? Alice? You believe her?!" I groan."God, we are not together. Pleas—" I hadn't finished but she crushes her lips against mine instead. I continue to hold her face and I can feel she smiles at what are we doing right now. I don't care, I miss her. I want to hold and touch her while I can. She pushes me on the couch and she sits on top of me, covering me as I lay on my back. She slides a tongue into my mouth as I slide mine. Everything I wanted is right here, right now. I want to be able to kiss her like this, then and there. I want to make her special. Me, myself and I, only.

We end it up and reach the climax in my old room. It feels amazing to be able to hold her like this. I spoon her from behind, only with our underwear behind the covers. She plays with my fingers as we talk and joke around. I miss this and I want this for the rest of my life. I can't stand another fight with her, because this is just what I need.

"By the way, you won't believe me what happened when I beat Miles and Jamie up."

"You beat them?" Her face is becoming serious and confused as she arches her brows. I just nod with my appalled face. "Great, carry on." She says as she continues to play with my fingers.

I laugh and continue. "Well, I slayed Warren."I shrug.

"Yeah?! What did you say?"

"Something with pussy and HIV, but let's forget about it." I chuckle.

"Well, I came up with her all-plain-racoon face, but yeah, forget about them." She remarks as I burst into a fill of laughter.

"You don't know how miserable I am without you." She chuckles.

"God, me too. I'm more miserable, though." I add. I don't care if it's true anyway, I need her here with me. "I can't believe you're here." I kiss her bare shoulder as she turns her body to face me.

"I don't believe it either." She leans in, gently brushing her lips against mine as I stroke her back. "Do you want to do something?" She slightly sits up by propping on her elbow, looking directly at me. I tuck her hair behind her ears and she looks beautiful, as always.

"You want to do it again? God, aren't you tired." I joke and smirk down at her confusion face.

"You're gross." She remarks. "No, I mean—like, go out. While I'm here." She shrugs.

"Well, obviously I'm moving out." A voice interrupts our conversation. My eyes dart to the door, to see Alice standing just between the door frame. Well shit. "He's an asshole, Lenny!"

"Alice, what are you—"

"If you don't know yet, Melanie, he slept with me!" She lies. What the actual fuck.

"Don't hear her! No we didn't, Al! You fucking kissed me when I'm drunk!" I sit up only with my boxer as I see Melanie is getting dressed. "Where are you going?" I ask Melanie. "She's supposed to be the one who leaves." I point to Alice who just ran away.

"I'll be at your dad's." Melanie scoots out as I reach for her hand and then she jerks away. What's wrong with her? "You almost slept with her." Her voice breaks. I don't want to go through this again, goddamnit.

"Well, we made out, but then I stopped her. She's being a bitch about it, God." I bury my face into my palms. "What about you, huh?"

"What about me?" She raises her voice.

"You kissed Thomas and said 'I love you' to him, while I never got the chance to hear it from you!" I feel my anger builds up.

"Niall, don't you dare brag Thomas! If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be able to be here with you." She raises her voice.

"Why?! He broke up with you? That's why you came here to find me?" I point to myself. "You probably already fucked him too, didn't you?"

"Niall, he didn't do anything to separate us, okay?! He's de—"

"Just go! If you came all the way here just to defend Thomas, then, just fucking go." I close the door behind her as I throw everything in my room that can be thrown. I groan and bury my head in my knees as I sit on the ground. I have never feel such kind of dramatic jealousy in my whole life. Why am I becoming so over-protective towards her? Why am I being like this?
