It makes sense now. The meeting of us, everything was unexpected but behind our walls, Bobby, Mary, Marcus, Maura and Chris was behind all of this. The co-workers gathering, my dad wanted me to see Mary which she clearly ignored all of the other co-workers just to talk to me. And then when Nathan told Melanie that it's a part of the plan on Mary's new year's gathering party, Melanie told me he was drunk when he said it. He told Melanie the truth. When dad told me everything after dinner, he convinced me to always hang on to her and to take care of her.

But they clearly don't know something, it's not only them who brought us together. It's the Smiths, it's the library, the mall, school hall, school parking lot, the park, frat party, antique shop and. . . Thomas. Those are the unexpected events that brought us together. It all makes sense now.

I walk to the door and stand on the door frame as I look at her there, sitting and smiling by herself, being beautiful as always as she takes a look at the letter Thomas wrote to me. She shifts her head to me and flickers her eyes to my hand. Her eyes fully opens as she gasps. She covers her mouth shaped as an 'O' as she looks at the drawing that is in my hand with Christian's envelope that said 'For the love of your life'.

END.
