"That's the report so far Commandant."

"Answer the question already!" Slamming his hands onto the desk as he stared Chrome right in the eye. "Chrome... Who in their right mind decided that this was the rightful amount of budget that I can spend?"

"Nikola and Hassen." Chrome answered.

"Those slimy little—"

"Frankly. It's but for the best that your budget has been cut."

"WHY?!" Gripping his hair in annoyance, he looked on with a frown. This is enough for a week worth of food.

"Because there's been noticeable... A questionable excessive amount of transactions being purchased on..." Chrome scrolled through the tablet that goes on and on and on... Staring at the list, he then looked at the Commandant with a blank look. "In-game purchases..."

"..." Commandant froze. Seeing Chrome stare at him was very judgmental. "O-Oh! T-That." Commandant laughed.

"This is no laughing manner Commandant."

"Come now, it's not that serious... I don't spend much—"

"You've gone into debt a few numerous times and had your debit card declined multiple times..."

"You have a serious gambling addiction Commandant." Sighed Chrome. "Fate/Grand Order, Honkai Impact, Genshin Impact, Arknights... The list goes on of numerous gacha games that you've spent money on."

"..." Commandant stared emptily at the ground as each game that Chrome said pierced him in the heart. "You wouldn't understand Chrome. Sometimes, sacrifices must be made to get the character you want! Free-to-play my ass! Free-to-play players have it the hardest."

"And you don't think you don't have it hard when it comes to wasting sums and sums of money that isn't necessary?"

"... Don't remind me." Thinking back to his past failures of failing to get a few characters. "Please don't cut my budget!" Commandant begged.

"Sorry... The decision was already made Commandant." Chrome said who shook his head with disappointment. "It's for your own good—"

"Life isn't worth living anymore..." He grabbed the noose that he hid in one of the drawers on his desk. Tightening it around his neck.

"Yo-yo Commandant. What's got you all bummed out? You okay down there?"

"My budget was cut because I was carelessly wasting money to get in-game currency for the characters I love..."

"That's all that's got you bummed really? My, humans are weird aren't they?" 9S said amused, despite the humanoid Android having a blindfold over his eyes, he but looked down at the ground where the Commandant lay without moving.

"My JPGs... Nonexistent characters that aren't real... New characters are coming soon and I can't pull them. My only source of happiness."

"Awe come on Commandant! Don't be like that! Hey, how about we get ice cream?"

"Ice cream?"

"When humans are sad, don't some eat to ease up a bit or try to get better? From my understanding, ice cream is a primary source that humans go to when in distress." 9S commented with a smirk.

"Heh... It doesn't always work for everyone."

"Come on~ There was this ice cream shop I've been dying to go to! I and Kamui were discussing it last time and were planning on going!"

"Uh..." Commandant continued to lay flopped on the ground. Not moving. "Fine... But carry me or something... I think my legs fell asleep for staying here on the floor for too long."

"You got it!" 9S smiled and saluted affirmatively. He grabbed the Commandant by the legs and started dragging him across the floor and out of the room.

"Why are you dragging me?"

"I'm saving my strength for when we begin heading out."

"You're very smart 9S."

"Thank you! At least some people appreciate my intelligence! Unlike A2 and 2B!" Pouted the male Android.

"Where are those two anyway?"

"I don't know. Something about going to an event where the girls hang out together. Girl time you know? Just like our bro time. Just like right now! After all, we're going to go get ice cream!" Cheered 9S.

"Yay..." Commandant groaned as he continued to be dragged across the floor.

"... Did... Did I just see a murder?" Whispered Nikola as he looks at the scene in front of him. "I wonder if I should report this..." He gulped. That's strange... The body that 9S was dragging almost looked like...

"COMMANDANT!"

"Yummy. We were right to have chosen this place hehe!" Grinned Kamui as he licked his ice cream with joy.

"Mm. I didn't know Ice cream can be this good." 9S said with a smile. "This is my first time tasting the substance. Given that I'm an Android... I never really ate."

"Now?" Kamui looked on. "I eat because I like to eat. If I feel like eating something, I eat. You should too."

"Mm... Sometimes, a few of the others eat just for fun, alongside a drink. I think I'll start eating more too..." 9S smiled as he licked the ice cream. "Very good for a frozen food of sorts. What about you Commandant? How is your ice cream?"

"Amazing!" Commandant said happily. "This is the best ice cream I've ever had!"

"Ooooh! So my knowledge about humans eating types of food to make them feel better truly was factual!" 9S said with amazement at the once gloomy man who was now happily licking his ice cream. 9S smiled as he looked outside the window of the ice cream shop.

"!" He gave a thumbs-up as he saw A2 and 2B who looked at him and nodded in gratitude.

"You see that?" A2 mumbled.

"Mm..." 2B nodded. Both of them began writing down notes.

When the Commandant is ever feeling down, just give him ice cream to make him feel better.

After Results = Happiness

Truly, humans are interesting individuals indeed. Such is the Commandant. To think their creators are quite sentimental beings increases their curiosity about human life.

"Come on! I bet they have some desserts here too!" Grinned Kamui. "I want some cake!"

"I'd like cake too! And cupcakes!" Commandant said.

"Hehe. Your sweet tooth is showing Commandant." Grinned Kamui.

"Cupcakes? Cake?" 9S asked. "How do they taste?"

"You'll love it. They're very sweet and delicious." Commandant said with a smile.

"Whatever you say, Commandant."

A2 and 2B continued writing notes down of the conversation. To get closer to the Commandant, they must learn about things to use to get closer...

Sweet tooth... Get closer to the Commandant with ice cream and desserts...

A few days back, I summoned on the normal nonevent banner and actually got Lucia (Dawn) and Lucia (Plume) in a pull lol. TFW I have all these Lucia's but still no Alpha, FeelsBadMan. Also got Qu. Now I'm saving up for the Nier event.
